In order to solve the leakage detection of hazardous waste landfill which without clay between the two liners, The study laying the conductive fiber as transverse and longitudinal net on the detection layer which under the HDPE membrane based on the transmission line model, as the principle that leachate will change local electrical parameters of detection layer, using the traveling wave method and fault analysis method to deduct ranging equation respectively. Aiming at the complex and changeful characteristics of the scene environment, proposed the algorithm which using the voltage, current vector of two ends on the line to estimation circuit parameters. Study the changing law about the complex electrical parameters of leakage and non leakage interval with the frequency variation. Analysis the each influence factors on positioning accuracy. For the ranging equation of fault analysis method, use Quasi-Newton and conjugate gradient algorithm to solve them. Compare the ranging precision between the two algorithms as the experimental results. As the basic of finite element and Maxwell equations, derivation the electromagnetic wave potential and current density distribution in the steady-state when the leakage interval is inhomogeneous medium. Design laboratory experiment of leakage detection for the transmission line model and record the waveform.
