Complex mining conditions caused by fault or fold occurrence which changing from nearly flat coal seam to inclined coal seam, has a great influence on surface coal mining technology and production management and economic benefits. Aiming at the Antaibao and Anjialin surface coal group mining problems caused by the complex geological structure which first appeared in china, based on the complex geological Modeling technique,this paper made a Two-dimensional grid quantitative distribution evaluation for the changes of coal seam dip angle. And one-dimensional quantitative trend evaluation for the changes of coal seam gap. Combining both of the surface mine problems that occurred during the anticline mining area, such as external dumping and transportation distance increasing, coal revealing difficulty and the mining area transition problem, this paper made a synthetic study of the new methods of mining technology,mining boundary, mining area division and mining sequence, put forward a new technology mode of self-propel crusher+double face belt of the rock transportation and fast-mobile crusher station+lane under end slope of the coal transportation, come up with a new theory about the longest mining area division, and also proposed the double pit-leaping mining method which can be used to the regulation of stripping ratio. The achievements of this thesis can not only make great application value for the coal mining under the complex geological structure condition in Pingshuo, but also have a great guiding significance for the design and the production management in our country’s large surface coal mine group.
