Coal mine fully-mechanized caving face is an important source of dust, ventilation is widely the measure to reduce dust, but there are still some problems and deficiencies, so improve ventilation measures is particularly important. This paper firstly studied the dust source of fully mechanized caving and generation mechanism, the dust and coal samples were collected for laboratory analysis; study turbulent motion equation, in airflow, based on force analysis, the velocity change rule of dust in the gas was derived in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction by studied and deduced, the mathematical model and the efficiency of reducing dust model for interaction of dust and droplet was deduced; the ventilation shunt theory was put forward, ventilation shunt mathematical model was deduced based on the related theory; according to the computational fluid dynamics theory, used numerical simulation software to simulate regularity of dust migration in several ventilation modes, the simulation results showed that under ventilation shunt condition, dust concentration is minimum, had the good effect of dust remove; designed respiratory zone dust test scheme in fully mechanized caving face, and carried on field measurement, the measured results were consistent with numerical simulation results, confirmed the good effect of ventilation shunt technology, finally formed the optimization system and principle of ventilation shunt system in fully mechanized caving face and provided an effective basis for the fully mechanized caving face dust control. |
