People's attention to the dust pollution degree is higher and higher with the society rapid development. Now dust control theory and technology is becoming a research hotspot, and dust particles movement law and dust mechanism of different dust control method have already become the emphasis and difficulty in study. The blind pass ventilation quality of Pingshuo Mu Gua-jie Coal Preparation Plant is poor, a lot of blind passes cannot reach the minimum dust exhausting wind speed, causing dust concentration overrun, so that it serious threats to coal mine production safety and worker's physical and mental health. At the same time in order to prevent freezing in winter coal feeding machine, such a Seriously affect the production of coal preparation plant, Based on this, It Has the important practical significance to Research the scheme of tunnel ventilation heating.This thesis uses Fluent as the numerical simulation platform, based on the Euler Lagrange method simulating dust concentration field and temperature field, and working out dustdissipation law and concentration distribution in the blind pass at belt transporting coal feeding process by particles gas-solid flow method, then determining the optimal dust exhausting wind speed. Through the temperature field simulation working out temperature change curve to determine the prevent frostbite inlet temperature which blind pass required, on this account carried out air conditioning unit equipment reasonable selection. Combining with the actual situation of Pingshuo coal preparation plant, the research results will be on-site engineering application in Mu Gua-jie coal preparation plant 133 blind pass. Through reasonably adjusting the ventilation dust removal equipment parameters, After setting the ventilation dust removal device, the temperature inside blind pass meet the requirements and dust fall efficiency in more than 85% which all reached the expected effect. It proves that the scheme's feasibility, the research results has a very good reference for the coal mine other dust producing points.
