Research Of Steep Seam Backfill Mining Methods And Its Mechanism Of Surrounding Rock Movement

Steep coal seam backfill mining can effectively control the movement of roof and floor.Therefore in this paper we take the steep coal seam of HaoHua energy MuChengjian coal mineDaTai mine as the typical case, and make the research and application in the work of steep coal seambackfill mining method and strata moving regularity. It firstly analyzes the existing steep seambackfill mining method, optimizes the existing methods on the basis of the occurrence characteristicsof coal seam and process characteristics, and proposes flexible shield mining method and optimizesthe backfill system. On the basis of that, we established the backfill mining method applicabilityevaluation model to studied the selection of filling mining methods under certain conditions.Therefore according to the characteristics of optimized backfill process, this paper takes the discreteelement method and similar material simulation method to reveal failure pattern of stope coal seamroof and floor, stope stress variation characteristics and the movement of the surrounding rock.Finally on the basic of detailed analysis on the influence of surrounding rock movement and surfacedeformation in the deeply steep mining backfill mechanism, this paper make the research of singlefactor and multiple factors influence under the condition of stope surrounding rock movement andground surface deformation rule, and ranks the various factors according to the influencing of thesurface movement deformation. The research results in this thesis had been successfully applied inthe steep seam backfill mining in Muchengjian Datai mine.
