There are still many difficulties inpyrolysis liquid of MSW directly as a fuel produced by theengine due to higher oxygen and low calorific value.Pyrolysis gases from MSW such as H2,CO,CH4and CO2,but low combustible gas content.Based on the above understanding,thispaper carried out research in the following aspects: the effects of catalyst on deoxidation ofMSW pyrolysis oil;influences of agricultural stalkon MSW pyrolysis energy and theproperties of the product;research of pyrolysis liquid properties and composition,andfractional extraction of oil-water separatorof pyrolysis liquid.It showed that the catalyst wasimproved the pyrolytic oil deoxidation and the heating value of MSW pyrolysis.AddedNa2CO3with1wt%,the oxygen content of the pyrolysis oil was reduced from22.49wt%to8.52wt%and the calorific value was improved1.64MJ/kg.In a certain mixing ratio of MSWand agricultural stalk,co-pyrolysis can improve the yieldsand calorific value of liquid and gasproduct and increase the energy of the pyrolysis process.Added20wt%cassava stalk,theMSW pyrolysis liquid yield was increasedfrom33.7wt%to46.0wt%and energy output from0.90MJ/kg to1.90MJ/kg.Added20wt%corn stalk,the combustible component of MSWpyrolysis gas was increased0.14L/g and energy output from0.90MJ/kg to2.10MJ/kg.Afterthe separation of fractional extraction,the heat value of pyrolysis liquid was2.5timescomparedwith the original.Fractional extraction separation of pyrolysis liquid was effectiveand increased its calorific value.
