Biochar is a group of carbon-rich materials, produced from abandoned biomass through thermal decomposition in a closed system with little or no oxygen. biochar as an environment-friendly material has been applied in sequestrating carbon, reducing greenhouse-gas emissions, improving soil quality, absorbing heavy metal and increasing crop yields, has generated great interest for scientists and policy makers. Although the effects of biochar for improvement of plant biomass or yield are well-known, its functional mechanisms remain obscure. The analysis of the composition in biochar play an important role in effecting plant growth. The pyrolysis products of D-cellulose and glucopyranose and rice husk were analyzed by Py-GC/MS. In aspects of theory, Low density equation and data of Py-GC/MS was employed in mechanism of D-cellulose and glucopyranose and rice husk. According to the pyrolysis process of biochar, the volatile condensate into a liquid which was called wood vinegar.In Japan, the wood vinegar was widely used for plant growth promoters, antibacterial agents and food additives, etc. Whether the effect of the wood vinegar from biochar was also similar to wood vinegar from other material? The wood vinegar from biochar was analyzed though bio-informational method. Finally, the extraction from biochar was researched by GC/MS. And then bio-informational method was employed to understand the biological activity. RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry and cellular structure were used to prove the theory from bio-informational technology.1. Low density equation and data of Py-GC/MS was employed in mechanism of D-cellulose and glucopyranose and rice husk. The results showed that the rice husk first opened the ring in the process of the pyrolysis and formed the type of the compound with the ring of the ring.the other compounds was the small molecule of the chain..2. The volatile from rice husk were analyzed by Py-GC/MS. The results show that 81 compounds are identified. These compounds mainly contain aromatic hydrocarbons (38.60%) and fat (6.53%) compounds, etc. The potential activity of 81 compounds were analyzed by bioinformatics method. The results showed 13 from 81 compounds played a role in metabolic processes; Eugenol, the hydroxyl benzoic acid butyl ester and salicyl alcohol is as significant as plant defense mechanisms; Hydroxyl benzoic acid butyl ester and salicyl alcohol defense against insects in plants.3. The composition of the wood vinegar from biochar was analyzed by GC/MS. The biological activity of the composition from wood vinegar was studied by bioinformatics. The results showed that methyl phenol can inhibit the growth of microorganism.4. The extraction from biochar was researched by GC/MS. And then bio-informational method was employed to understand the biological activity. RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry and cellular structure were used to prove the theory from bio-informational technology. The results indicated that 2-acetyl-5-methyl furan can be candidate hormone with interacting ABP1 and TIR1; With biochar-treated, rice plants ofgene and protein from ABP1 and TIR1 is over-expressed, leading to elongation of plant cell; With different concentrations of biogenic carbon, plant height, total root length and dry matter weight were significantly higher; Biochar relied mainly on ABP1 metabolic pathways which could promote the growth of rice seedlings.
