Aim at the problem of setting up slope deformation system,data processing,deformation forecast combining open-pit mine, Starting from the open pit mine slope safety requirements, and the author discusses slope monitoring’s several ways, meanwhile, determined monitoring system on TM30automatic total station. Reference network and monitoring network have been set up on the testing ground (Dagushankuang). To establish a mine monitoring network, reference network design, built pile, measurement, adjustment and optimization; the TM30trigonometric leveling replacing two order leveling precision is Analyzed using the errors propagation law, the atmospheric refraction coefficient, segmentation observing. The results of the study indicate that segmentation using different atmospheric refraction coefficient of trigonometric leveling one way observation can be substituted for the two level measurement, so the use of TM30automatic total station can simultaneously finish the settlement deformation and displacement deformation measurement, its work efficiency is increased five times and it can meet the accuracy requirements of the second deformation monitoring; the slope monitoring system on TM30automatic total station is established, a system software is developed, the research and development of interface issues; Using classic adjustment method monitoring data is processed and deformation trend is forecast, and shortcomings of monitoring data accuracy is discussed by the classic adjustment method processing, and proposed that using Kalman filtering theory forecast slope deformation trend; and it is innovative that wavelet filter noise playing a combination of neural network processing error and slope deformation trend forecast is put forward, using the theoretical method error is removed and the deformation trend forecast works well on mine slope monitoring data, and the accuracy of prediction can be satisfied the two order deformation monitoring requirements after the Dagushan mine four years monitoring data test.
