The stability of open pit mine slope plays a decisive role in mine safety. Through a long-term and repetitive measure of every slope monitoring point, open pit mine slope monitoring can crucially extract deformed sensitivity area and give a reasonable prediction to slope stability according a certain mathematical model, so that to ensure the safety of open pit mine production.This paper expounds the application of deformation analysis and prediction model in the open pit mine landslide hazard warning, and discusses the classify method of slope Hazardous Area degree. By extracting the deformed monitoring information of open pit mine slope monitoring point and construct it to get and predict the deformation law of slope monitoring point, and by choosing some main factors affecting slope stability and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to fulfill the division of open pit mine slope hazardous area degree and visual expression of divided result. The mainly used mathematical models are multivariable non-equal interval of grey forecasting model, adaptive kalman filter model, wavelet transform domain for denosing model, BP artificial neural network model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The application of each model in open pit mine slope monitoring is introduced in detail in this paper.On this basis, combines ArcEngine component GIS second development mode with the engine technology of Matlab Engine, I’ve developed a set of open pit mine slope deformation monitoring and early warning system software in the C#.Net integrated development platform. This system software contains database, graphical management analysis, data space query,3D(three-dimensional) visualization and analysis, and prediction and forewarning, which are the five major functional modules of the software, including drawing deformation trend chart, drawing3D(three-dimensional) movement vector graph, drawing the constant value line, spatial query and rendering of the data, generating a3D(three-dimensional) open-pit mine model, multivariable non equal interval gray prediction, adaptive kalman filter, wavelet transform domain for denosing, artificial neural network prediction and dividing and drawing slope hazardous area3D(three-dimensional) degree chart. Meanwhile it achieves to effectively organize and manage of open pit mine monitoring, inquiry and print of open pit mine monitoring data, and integrate GIS with open pit mine slope monitoring and prediction model. Finally, when the software is applied to Anshan City Dagushan open-pit mine slope surface displacement monitoring program, I’ll modify it and give an applicability evaluation through the actual handling the monitoring information.
