With the increase of underground mining depth, strength, speed and scale, mine hydro geological condition is becoming more and more complex, the serious problem of mine water inrush is increasing, and the mine water emergency management is gradually upgrading. Emergency management problem of mine water inrush has become an urgent need to solve, and becomes the hot spot research for domestic and foreign experts and scholars. For the water inrush events, its precursor is not sufficient, and it has the characteristic of complexity, secondary derived harm, and the serious destruction. The conventional management mode is difficult to respond effectively. So it is necessary to study an effective method for mine water incrush emergency management as powerful management tools and intellectual support.In this paper on the basis of the results of previous, a method of artificial system, computational experiments and parallel execution is put forward, i.e. ACP method, in order to solve the problem of emergency management of mine water inrush. The following contents are researched:(1) A mine water inrush parallel emergency management framework is put forward. We can model the actual situation by artificial system method, analyze and assess the emergency response strategy by emergency test, and implement the emergency plan by parallel execution. The author gives the 4D management model based on the time axis, and another great significance is excavated. Parallel management system has dynamic evolution characteristics in essence. Through calculation, simulation, and observation in artificial system, we can implement efficient computational experiment with zero risk and zero cost, to find the optimal strategy for the management and control of the actual system. By parallel execution, artificial system can directly affect or change the actual system, so it is the concept of awareness and understanding of nature, and use or changing the nature.(2) The study on artificial system modeling of water inrush. Two kinds of classification methods of artificial system are put forward: the non-instance artificial system and the instance artificial system. The author puts forward a new data integration method based on agent technology and a new multi- agent coordination model named APSM. By making the main elements of mine water inrush system as mapping objects, and APSM as coordination model, the artificial model of mine water inrush system is constructed.(3) Experimental study on mine water inrush. For mine water inrush events, because of the economic loss and human life, a water inrush test cost is huge. Therefore, how to solve the problem of water inrush in emergency management "experimental" or "test", is one of the key issues to promote the research work this field. According to the "simple" point of view, the mine water inrush of artificial system as the carrier, using APSM as the method of coordination, this article has implemented mine water inrush time-space computation(4D). In some specific methods, a graph detection method for the drainage network intelligent computing is put forward. The spread calculation technology using triangulation, block segmentation and the eight round search technology for water inrush, and the optimal A* algorithm for personnel escape route are introduced.(4) Study on the parallel emergency management system. The mine water inrush parallel emergency management system and its integration technology are researched. Two kinds of its state are put forward, which are normal state and abnormal state. In normal condition, through the multi physical field of network distributed monitoring, based on the information fusion theory and method, combined with artificial correction, artificial system is synchronized. In abnormal state, the use of automatic calculation and pre-plan method for making response in the very state of emergency, and the use of digital broadcasting technology for parallel implementation are put forward.The parallel emergency management method has been used in Shendong Jinjie Colliery for a simple application, and it has obtained a good effect.
