| Differential settlement in transition section of highway soft foundation is the main cause of pavement cracking. Pavement deformation reduce the running smoothness of vehicles, directly affect the the comfort of occupants and cargo integrity, serious disease even cause the accident. Therefore, to formulate equilibrium settlement control standard and optimization control method is important solve the problem of highway soft subgrade transition section.On the basis of the related research, equilibrium settlement control standards and control technology optimization of soft ground transition section were studied in this paper. Settlement deformation typical pattern for different conditions were determined, space response function of pavement deformation were established for the pavement smoothness incentive model of highway vehicle coupling system.Pavement vehicle coupling system was established by vehicle model with two degrees of freedom and the pavement model with random excitation and discrete excitation, a method for solving the model was determined by simulation program of vehicle pavement system base on MATLAB/SIMULINK.Ride comfort evaluation criteria with indicator of vehicle vertical vibration acceleration as indicator was put forwardas, the function of deformation mode and vehicle ride comfort were studied to propose settlement control standards with different settlement mode, different speed based on the vehicle ride comfort.Take the cement mixing pile treatment of soft ground for example, a three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation model was established to analyze factors of settlement in cement mixing pile Treatment of highway soft ground, the key factors affecting the settlement control effect were determined.Take the soft ground treatment project of HanDa Expressway for example, the cement mixing pile treatment of soft ground were optimized according to the analysis results of settlement control effect for cement mixing piles on soft ground, reasonable paragraph division and length of transition section were proposed to determine the equilibrium settlement control programs of cross-section and longitudinal section. The test road program and settlement observation test of soft ground treatment were implement to compare the effect of different programs. The amount and costs of engineering with different options were calculated to provide a reference for formulating the settlement control standards and treatment program in the transition section of soft ground. |
