From the perspective of system construction, operation management andgovernmental support, this dissertation analyses the LEED and LEED-NC ratingsystem and with the LEED project directory database, makes a statistical analysis onLEED market situation in different level including universal market, U.S. market,oversea market and China market.On the basis of investigation of several typical green building rating systems athome and abroad, the dissertation analyses the common and different feature betweenLEED-NC and other rating systems on credits and weighting, points out the obviousinfluence of LEED-NC to Chinese evaluation standard for green building.From it’s born in1998, LEED-NC has always being in constant development,this dissertation compares current LEED-NC2009version with LEED-NC4.0versionto be implemented in the respect of evaluating credits and weighting. Building up thecorrespondence of credits categories and credits themselves between new and oldLEED-NC versions, the dissertation analyses the variation tendency in the content ofcredits, which includes emphasizing integrative design, improving the requirement ofenergy and water efficiency, emphasizing performance metering, introducing lifecycle thinking and method, strengthening evaluating effectiveness, paying attention tosocial property of credits, and introducing new evaluation methods.Taking the scorecards of a great deal of LEED-NC certified projects as theresearch object, using the statistical method, the dissertation analyses creditssensitivity, correlationship and mutual compensation, meanwhile, expounds thereasons and provides solution respectively. At the same time, the dissertation conductsa comparative research on credits sensitivity of US LEED-NC certified projects andthe counterpart in China.The dissertation analyses the weighting setting thought, method and procedure inLEED-NC2009and4.0version, proposes the overall features of LEED-NC weightingallocation, which includes network structure under top level elements control,transformation from environmental impact driving to assessment targets driving,multivariable hierarchy control, possibility of dynamic weighting, and application ofLCA method in weighting allocation process. Finally, referring to LEED-NC weighting allocation method, the dissertationproposes a weighting solution to Shandong province evaluation standard for greenbuilding, transforming this standard without weighting to a grading system in whichevery credit has a static point. |
