| Sustainable development is the common theme of the human beings in the 21 st century,and for the construction industry,which means that the traditional high consumption patterns should turn to ecological environmental protection development mode.Green building is the only way of this transformation,but also is the inevitable trend of world construction development today.However,“green” is an abstract concept,it requires inspection through assessment tool to turn the abstract concept into quantitative numerical values.Therefore developing green building assessment is an important link to develop green building.Green building assessment can not only guide inspecting green building practices,but also provide a guidance standard for the construction market and prompt project participants to consider more environmental factors in the process of design,construction,management and maintenance,thus guiding the building to the goal of energy saving,environmental protection,health and comfort.Nevertheless,green building assessment can only be acquired by designer deeply analyzing the architectural form,material,environment and MEP system.The traditional green building assessment has many problems,such as the lag of building environment analysis,the difficulty of obtaining information and the low precision of calculation.Building Information modeling(BIM)as an application of information technology in the field of construction provides the accurate and efficient way to the above information.Through the establishment of three-dimensional information model in the virtual space,it can integrate all the relevant information of the building,and provide data support for the calculation and analysis of building performance.In order to improve the analysis and evaluation of the traditional green building index,this paper adopts literature analysis,theoretical analysis and model analysis method to research the analysis and evaluation of green building index based on BIM technology and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design(LEED).This paper summed up the relevant theoretical analysis and evaluation method of green building at present and its development trend through literature analysis,researched the existing problems in the traditional evaluation of green building;summarized the characteristics of domestic and international development of green building and its evaluation system and introduced the concept of BIM,technical features and its application in the field of green building.Based on these characteristics,this paper analyzed the applicability of BIM in green building index analysis and evaluation,studied the process and method of LEED index analysis of green building based on BIM.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper studies the LEED index analysis process and the concrete implementation method of evaluation based on BIM combined with the engineering example.Taking a Xiamen Fortune Center as the research object,this paper analyzes and evaluates of the LEED index to verify the feasibility of the constructed design process and evaluation method. |
