With the rapid development of construction process of China’shigh-speed railway, continuously expanding of the railway network scale stimulates ournational economy but also causes a series of energy consumption problems at the sametime. Facing the limitation of our country’s energy, the consumption saving and emissionreduction gains more and more attention.As the core of the central system, the dispatching system of train operation raises thetrain running efficiency and ensures the operation security. In order to reduce the negativeeffect of high speed railway in the development process, it is necessary to immediately doresearch on energy saving methods and strategies to further enhance the efficiency andsafety of the high speed railway dispatching. The energy saving train dispatching is anurgent practical problem to be solved and also a complex system puzzle of the academicinnovation in the field of railway transportation. Therefore this dissertation applies thesystem engineering thinking and integrates the use of several interdisciplinary theory,technique and method including artificial intelligence, traffic engineering and statistics todo researches on the energy saving train dispatching tactic, energy saving train operationdiagram compilation and adjustment. The three separate parts of the gradually researchcomposes a point, line and plane surface structure.The main research harvests of this dissertation include:(1) Energy saving dispatching strategy for high speed train. Starting form the necessity ofsaving energy for the train operation, the research investigates the calculation modelof slop energy-efficient dispatching with fixed-time constraints and further creates theminimum energy consumption calculation model of high speed train. On this basis,the dissertation integrates the effect of dispatching strategy and breaking efficiencyon the energy saving operation to investigate the high speed energy savingdispatching strategy through the heuristic algorithm.(2) Train operation diagram compiling method based on the perspective of energy saving.Starting from the train operation diagram establishment stage, the dissertation aims atthe minimum energy consumption of the on one-section running with the consideration of the operation efficiency. Considering railway line’s characters andbasic block modes and involving constraint components of section running interval,station stopping interval, trains running interval, train tracing interval, optimizing theenergy consumption cost and train running time, the study builds the multi-objectiveoptimization model and solves the energy saving train dispatching optimizationalgorithm.(3) Train operation diagram adjustment method based on the perspective of energysaving. Starting from the train operation diagram adjustment stage, the dissertationaims at the minimum energy consumption of all-section running with theconsideration of the operation efficiency. Considering train tracing conditions andspeed limitation requirements, this dissertation builds the train operation diagramadjustment optimizing model in the fixed block mode, on which it is based to summitthe regularity of the inertia before train breaking and to determine the inertia positionand breaking position during the progress of train deceleration from the perspective ofenergy saving and build the fixed-timing model of train energy-saving operation.
