While changing the structure of national transportation system and having a profound impact on people's travel, the huge expansion of China's high-speed railway network also brings new requirements and challenges for the operation and organization of railway traffic, the railway dispatching technology needs to be improved.Railway dispatching is crucial to ensure the safety of train operation and to improve the efficiency of railway transportation. With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway network, the theoretical framework and method system of railway traffic scheduling technology need to be enriched. Therefore, based on a large number of references, this paper implants cooperative ideology into railway dispatching theory from three aspects of regional collaboration, multi-objective collaboration and inter-region collaboration. The theories of operations research, traffic engineering, mathematical statistics and other disciplines are used to apply cooperative ideology into railway dispatching technology, which include train diagram building and train operation adjustment. The three aspects of cooperative ideology are closely linked.The main research content of this paper can be embodied as follows:(1) Research for building train diagram based on regional collaboration ideology. Unlike other most scholars who just take a particular line for research, in this paper, all lines in the railway network of a region are taken into consideration collaboratively, the transfer between different lines of passengers is thoroughly researched and the concept ?interchangeable train pair? is put forward. All the circumstances of passenger transfer are analyzed and statistical theory is used to calculate the transfer waiting time expectation. Based on all this, the transfer waiting time minimization is served as objective of non-periodic train diagram model for passenger dedicated line and the periodic train diagram model for intercity passenger dedicated line, these models can cooperatively build traindiagrams for multiple lines in a region. In the end, case studies are designed to verify the feasibility of the model.(2) Research for train operation adjustment based on multi-objective collaboration ideology. This paper shows that the single-objective train operation adjustment tend not to give satisfactory results. So in order to get a proper train operation adjustment plan, different objective of train operation adjustment ought to be taken into consideration cooperatively when establishing the train operation adjustment model. In this paper, based on the regional collaboration ideology used to cooperatively adjust the trains in different lines, satisfactory optimization theory is used to take punctuality rate, delay time and transfer based on regional collaboration ideology into consideration, 3 satisfaction functions are defined and the normalized satisfaction function is built by the 3 satisfaction functions. Based on this, a train operation adjustment model is established and the normalized satisfaction function minimization is served as its objective. Genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and a case study is designed to verify the feasibility of it.(3) Research for building train diagram and train operation adjustment based on inter-region collaboration ideology. In order to deal with the poor inter-region collaboration of the dispatching work between different regions, based on the regional collaboration ideology and multi-objective collaboration ideology, theories of group dynamics is used and the concept “boundary station” is put forward to establish train diagram model and train operation adjustment model respectively. In the end, immune genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are used to solve these 2 models and a case study is designed to verify the feasibility of them.
