Energy is an important material base for human survival and development, and it is vital to the national economy and national security. Promoting energy production and use of change, adjusting and optimizing the energy structure, constructing the safety, stability, economy, clean modern energy industry system, have strategic significance for the protection of China’s economic and social sustainable development. Based on the basic theory and method of system theory, the feasibility of energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation is explored in this dissertation. Through the common features of fire motor group turbine side about the system of analysis and research, the dissertation quantitatively uses mathematical methods to describe the function, establishes applicable to the general system of universal principle and mathematical models, to better implement the national energy development strategy, effectively promote the implementation of the policy of energy saving and emission reduction in thermal power units, and effectively improve the economic efficiency of state-owned enterprises. The main research works and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, according to the test data of some power plant, put forward the common problems that affect the energy consumption of the unit, and write the transformation plan. Based on the previous research, this dissertation developes a model of economic diagnostic analysis and operation optimization of unit economy, and applies it to the energy saving optimization of steam turbine unit.Secondly, the optimized adjustment of the cold end system has a very significant impact on the efficiency of the unit. Under different loads and condenser different cooling water inlet temperatures, the unit best operating back pressures and circulating water pump optimal operation modes are established.Thirdly, aiming at the different extraction steam flow and pressure, as well as for different heating return water temperatures and flow conditions, the dissertation studies the absorption pump heating operation optimization. Establishes a combined simulation model of steam turbine and heat pump waste-heat recovery system. Makes the absorption heat pump system operation optimization controlling strategy, to improve the system operation economy, reliability and security.Finally, basing on the measurement points and the accuracy of the data collection, the dissertation studies multi-frequency, heterogeneous data integration and analysis technology. It analysises the steady state operation condition determination technique of the unit normal operation, calculates the positive/counter balance economic performance index based on the field operation data. A method of turbine system high accuracy remote on-line performance test is proposed.
