Thermal power plant economic analysis is the basis of energy-saving and is also a unit for thermal testing, thermal system optimization and reduce the cost of generating an important part of production. Therefore, this energy from the power plant system point of view, taking thermal system of 1000MW unit plant as the research object and the analysis of heat economy and optimization is very necessary.On the basis of the first thermodynamic law and the matrix equivalent heat drop method,compared with traditional thermal equilibrium, this method is more concise, and the error in the allowable range, fully meet the engineering requirements. The paper study the influence of the external factors of various disturbances in heat system as the core of the thermal system on turboset's thermo-economy.Matrix mathematical models were established in this paper,which can calculate the influence of terminal temperature difference of heater, pressure loss,the heater splitting and condensate undercooling,which greatly simplifies the quantitative calculation of the thermal system process.For operating conditions example, quantitative analysis the disturbance factors change impact on the unit size of thermal economy of the actual operation.On this basis, strengthen the sense of economic operation and improvetion the level of actual operation.On the basis of theoretical analysis of changing conditions, from the thermodynamic parameters of the system, structure, equipment and other aspects, quantitative analysis of the different connections of heater, the different layout of the steam cooler and different configuration options to the pump,the influence of the economy. Based on the premise of ensure safe and reliable operation unit, structural optimization the local thermal system,in order to further improve the thermal system of the unit and fully tap the potential of saving energy to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Nozzle adjustment by condensing steam turbine working conditions in the variable,when running under control stage enthalpy drop, the speed ratio and efficiency levels will also lead to changes in parameters.The change of the steam turbine-depth study of working conditions on the basis of theory, simplified calculate the variable turbine under various control stage efficiency, and adjust the level to draw a random set of changes the efficiency of the efficiency curve to guide the unit variable operating conditions under the economic operation.
