Aspergillus niger is a genus of fungi, can produce a variety of enzymes, therefore,in the fermentation industry and feed production has been widely used. The conditionsof Aspergillus niger growth require comparaely low, it has a ability to adapt to theenvironment, quick growth speed and was suitable for the production of fermentedfeed. We have used3.7886strains of Aspergillus niger to produce high activity ofacidic protease, with soybean, corn flour, with rice bran and wheat bran starter cultureproduction in the preparation of feed additive, wherein the Aspergillus niger acidicprotease activity reached1440IU/g. Safety test results of the ferment extract on miceproved to be safe and reliable. Through the potato culture medium to observe generalbiological characteristics of the strains, including temperature, pH, growthcharacteristics, microscopic structure, thereby confirming reliability and productionperformance of the source strains. In feed production, save the process vulnerable towidespread pathogenic Escherichia coli contamination, as well as in vivo animalmicro ecological imbalance resulting in Escherichia coli disease problems, theresearch of fermentation medium were observed to form co-cultivate the growth ofAspergillus niger and Escherichia coli. The results, in conventional culture conditionsof Aspergillus niger, soon to become the dominant bacteria, leading to growth weakenof Escherichia coli, and Escherichia coli in piglets pathogenicity test has shownstrong pathogenicity, even lead to death of the piglets. Aspergillus niger andEscherichia coli fermentation of wheat bran feed for piglets in common is safe, demonstrate the growth of Aspergillus niger capable of inhibiting pathogenicEscherichia coli growth and toxin production, is a kind of ecological, safe feedfermentation.Aspergillus flavus is fungi widespread in nature, and some strains are able toproduce aflatoxin during feed production and preservation, to feed production safety, animal and human health cause a serious threat. This research through thefermentation medium of Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus co-culture, observedin Aspergillus niger on growth of Aspergillus flavus influence obviously, but also canrestrain and degradation of aflatoxins, maximum inhibition rate reached92%.Aspergillus niger has a very good safety performance in fermentative feed to Aspergillus flavus and aflatoxin." Red wine lentinan " nutritional feed additive was producted by Aspergillus nigerfermented Lentinus edodes (mushroom)dregs, which contains Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus, Bacillus and yeast strains, with liquor dregs as the carrier of the culturemedium after7days of fermentation." Red wine lentinan " nutritional feed additiveacting on broiler growth performance and immune function was observated, theresults showed that: with " red wine lentinan " nutritional feed additive can enhancethe immune function of broilers, make the body to produce high and strong antibodylevel, enhance the body resistance to disease. This nutritional feed additive also canobviously promote the growth and development, improve the feed utilization rate,in28day above old broiler gained significantly weight. This " red wine lentinan "nutritional feed additives on pig growth and immunity effects were observed, as canbe seen above the experimental group at above49days of age pigs feed intake, weightgain was significantly higher than that in the control group, feed utilization rate risessignificantly, the incidence of regional control group, has obvious resistance effect.
