With the continuous improvement of the quality requirements of livestock and poultry products, green farming has become an inevitable trend in the development of livestock and poultry industries.Summer and autumn tea production is huge, but bitter,so the utilization rate is extremely low. This study intends to change the processing technology of summer and autumn tea, using artificial fermentation and microbial selenium enrichment method to develop it as a feed additive,in order to improve animal performance, but also play a role in disease prevention and treatment. The test content and results are as follows:(1)Through in vitro antibacterial tests on different strains by summer and autumn tea extracts, from the 34 strains that are well tolerated by the summer and autumn tea extracts,Aspergillus niger 30177 and Lactic acid bacteria 05447 with high cellulase activity were selected as subsequent testing of fermentation strains(2)Using tea polyphenols as a response indicator, three levels and three levels of response surface tests were carried out on inoculum, water addition, and fermentation time of Aspergillus niger. The best conditions for fermentation of Aspergillus niger for summer and autumn tea were: Aspergillus niger inoculum size 4%,the amount of water added is95%,and the fermentation time is 5.10 d.(3)Selenium-enriched test of Lactic acid bacteria and Aspergillus niger in the medium was conducted with selenium-enriching efficiency, biomass, organic selenium conversion rate and part of organic selenium content as indicators. The results showed that Aspergillus niger 30177 and Lactic acid bacteria 05447 had better Selenium-enriched effect.(4)When Lactic acid bacteria were solid-state fermentation of summer and autumn tea,the growth of Lactic acid bacteria was inhibited and could not be used as a solid fermentation strain for summer and autumn tea;however, the growth of Aspergillus niger was not significantly affected. Therefore,Aspergillus niger was determined as a test strain for solid fermentation of summer and autumn tea and selenium enrichment.
