Take different seeding rate(22.5 kg/hm2, 45 kg/hm2, 67.5 kg/hm2) and different nitrogen fertilizer rate(275 kg/hm2、415 kg/hm2、550 kg/hm2) treatment, studied the best seeding rate and nitrogen fertilizer rate of Xinsu No. 2 Sudangrass(Sorghum sudanense cv Xinsu No. 2) under summer seeding and interseeding pattern; Take 8 different drying methods that drying in the sun, drying in the shade, fracturing the stem+drying in the sun, fracturing the stem+drying in the shade, fliping+drying in the sun, fliping+ drying in the shade, fracturing the stem+fliping+drying in the sun, fracturing the stem+fliping+drying in the shade to study the high quality Sudangrass(Sorghum sudanense) hay modulation method; Take different wilting levels silage and different mixed ratio(moisture content over than 75 %, 65-75 % and 55-65 %) of Sudangrass and alfalfa(Medicago sativa) mixed with Sudangrass at different ratio(Sudangrass and alfalfa 1:0, 3:1, 1:1, 1:3, 0:1) silage methods to studied the high quality Sudangrass silage modulation methods. Through the above researches conclusions are as follows: No matter what planting pattern, seeding rate 22.5 kg/hm2 and nitrogen fertilizer rate 550 kg/hm2 treatmens were the most favorable to plant growth, the plant heigt reached 191.4 cm and 199.9 cm, seeding rate 22.5 kg/hm2 treatment was the most favorable to stem thickening, the stem diameter reached 0.73 cm and 0.74 cm, nitrogen fertilizer rate had no significant effect on stem diameter; No matter what planting pattern, seeding rate 22.5 kg/hm2 was the most favorable to amount of individual plant tillers, individual plant tillers reached 6.23 and 6.20, nitrogen fertilizer rate had no significant effect to amount of individual plant tillers under summer seeding pattern, but nitrogen fertilizer rate 275 kg/hm2 was the most favorable to amount of individual plant tillers under interseeding pattern; No matter what planting pattern, seeding rate 67.5 kg/hm2 and nitrogen fertilizer rate 415 kg/hm2 were the most favorable to hay yield, hay yield reached 20752.05 kg/hm2 and 21977.10 kg/hm2; Seeding rate 22.5 kg/hm2 and nitrogen fertilizer rate 275 kg/hm2 were the most favorable to lower stem-leaf rate, stem-leaf rate reached 1:0.1909 and 1:0.1989; Compare the interseeding pattern with the summer seeding pattern, interseeding pattern had the advantages that low planting cost, long growth period and high yield. Different processing methods had great influence on the drying speed of first and second cutting Sudangrass, between treatments, the drying speed of fracturing stem + flipping + drying in the sun and fracturing stem + drying in the sun group was the fastest; Different drying methods have great influence on the nutritional components content of Sudangrass hay, the content of EE and CP content is proportional to the drying speed, the slower the less. Although the drying speed of fracturing stem + drying in the sun group and fracturing stem + flipping + drying in the sun treatments were the fastest, but Ca and P losses were the most severe. The drying in the shade group can be better preserving the nutritional components than the group that was drying in the sun. Among 8 different drying methods, the flipping +drying in the shade group had the highest DMD. Among the Sudangrass silage treatments that wilting at different level, according to the fermentation quality, sensory, nutritional components and artificial rumen degradation rate of nutritional components, the treatment group(moistur content 65~75 %) had the best effect; According to the fermentation quality and sensory valuation, Sudangrass(3) : alfalfa(1) mixed silage group had the best effect, According to the nutritional components content and artificial rumen degradation rate of nutritional components, Sudangrass(1) : alfalfa(3) mixed silage group had the best effect.
