| As economists and sociologists point out for quality issues of agricultural products, “lemon market†is the basis of hazardous events that worldwidely widespread occurred and it is the result of consumer making wrong choice under asymmetric information. The current responding measures used worldwide is laws,regulations, government coercion or promoting way to establish traceable quality information systems of agricultural products in order to reduce and eliminate information asymmetry. However, there are some deficiencies in the currently construction and operation result in almost ideal operating effects, including:The reason of the information impacting on consumers analyze inaccurate, resulting in ambiguous subject in information system building and running, and the strategy being ineffective that solve quality and safe of agricultural products. Then vacancy of information resource limit running value of information system.Besides, the Qaidam Basin is an important base of high-quality Chinese wolfberry. The wolfberry quality information system building is urgently wanted by its development scale and sales marketing, but the demand still not give a practical solution.Based on the above issues and demands, this paper conducted a analysis about reason of the information impact on consuming by using methods of historical analyze, written survey and deductive reasoning, and using theory of marketing economics combining with method of deductive reasoning explore the responding strategy of solving quality and safe of agricultural products. In the construction and practice of Quality Information System of Qaidam wolfberry,the standards of green food is used for comprehensive and systematic investigation on factors of environmental resource and production processes that impact quality and safety of Qaidam wolfberry. Methods of GIS spatial analysis, sentinel surveillance and simulation was adopted to completely evaluate the level of six heavy metals in soil that impact quality and safety of Qaidam wolfberry. In the key factors, we make risk prediction of accumulation of cadmium in soil, and explore soil arsenic migrating discipline.The conclusion and results following:The reason of consumer making wrong choice and products hazards occurring is lack of products effective information. In the times of commodity economic, consumers do not participate in producing process, product information existing the natural isolation is the ultimate reason, then misleading information, consumers blind choice and quality hazards of agricultural products occurring afterwards. Therefore, the thoughts of construction, operation and monitoring on quality and safe of the products in the marketing environment is raised.Different picking times these two wolfberry fruit species products have excellent fruit quality and appearance of the intrinsic shape performance, there are significant differences in picking quality.Complete the study area for many years and the new farming land reclamation affect product quality and safety risk assessment wolfberry, two links to products grown by the use of pesticides, fertilizers are pollution-free products are allowed to use the range, with pollution standards, the product is not security risk; green standards, some pesticides, fertilizers are not allowed to use the range, if you want to produce green medlar, will have to improve pesticide,fertilizer measures.We tested surface soil samples for their content and distribution of six heavy metals(Cd, Zn, Pb, Cu, As, and Cr). All six heavy metals appeared at medium levels in samples from both sections of cropland. According to the Pollution-Free Food Standard and the Green Food Standard, we calculated the integrate pollution index using the Nemerow index method to check whether the levels met Pollution-Free food Standard and Green Food Standards. The values were 0.5 and 0.7(defined as ‘clean’) in samples from the original land,but were 0.6 and 0.9 in samples from the farm land, which may be considered excessive.Irrigation water is clean in the Wolfberry cultivation base, meeting the requirement of green standards. Some pesticides and fertilizer inputs but improvements do not reach the requirement in the wolfberry cultivation and processing sectors.Investigating six kinds of quality levels of heavy metals in soil, separately, cadmium, arsenic,copper, lead, chromium, zinc, only cadmium grown several years exceed the green standards,for the result of cadmium in fertilizers accumulating in soil. Quality levels of soil cadmium become a limiting factor that green production of wolfberry planted field for many years.Only arsenic in the six kinds of soil heavy metals exceed green standards in the fresh fields,for the decision by the native state. Arsenic in the soil present a migration effect under continuous irrigation. Soil arsenic in the role of migration effect reach to the green standards with planting years increasing. |
