With continuous penetration of Chinese wolfberry and its effective ingredientspharmacological research, and the development of the industrialization of Chinesewolfberry, the quality of Chinese wolfberry receives more and more attention, theimportance of Chinese wolfberry quality research and evaluation is becomingincreasingly highlight.This study through the determination of appearance properties and inner mainingredients of different kinds of Qaidam Chinese wolfberry fruit in different pickingdate, basically understanding the internal and external quality characteristics ofQaidam Chinese wolfberry, and explore the change rule of the quality indexes indifferent picking date.This article conducted the research from the following two aspects:(1) Research of appearance characters of Qaidam Chinese wolfberry in differentpicking date.Choose the main cultivation variety of Chinese wolfberry in Qaidam includingLycium barbarum L. NO.1and NO.5, Meng Chinese wolfberry NO.1, and a localrepresentative farm product new system0207as the research object, determinatethree basic parameters (including grain weight, hundred grain length and hundredgrain diameter) of the main agronomic characters of fresh fruit in different pickingdate, statistical analysis, understand the basic parameters and differentiatedperformance, and explore the change rule.(2) Research of determination of main active ingredients and their differences ofQaidam Chinese wolfberry in different picking date.(3) Different varieties of medlar appearance shape through the determination ofdifferent varieties of the wolfberry fruit weight per hundred grains, grain lengthand100-grain width, analysis of different varieties of Chinese wolfberry appearanceproperties of qaidam.(4) Different varieties of medlar active ingredient content influence through thedetermination of the medlar fresh fruit, dried fruit of different varieties of polysaccharide and flavone content of different varieties of Chinese wolfberry,analysis the content of active components.Determine LBP and medlar flavonoids content of different varieties of QaidamChinese wolfberry fruit in different picking period, statistical analysis, and explorethe change rule of active ingredient content.Get the following conclusion:(1) The appearance quality of the Qaidam Chinese wolfberry reduces with thedelay of picking period, that is the first picking period is the highest, the second is thesecond picking period, and the third is the lowest;(2) The polysaccharide content of Qaidam Chinese wolfberry is the highest inthe second picking period, the second is the third picking period, and the first is thelowest;(3) The flavonoids content of the Qaidam Chinese wolfberry reduces with thedelay of picking period, that is the third picking period is the highest, the second isthe second picking period, and the first is the lowest.(4) four species of1-0207varieties of100-seed weight maximum, is due to thevariety of width than other varieties of high and decision.(5) four varieties4-Ningqi1varieties in four varieties of fruit in polysaccharide and flavone content are high,reflecting the variety in four varieties between active component of the highest quality,best.This thesis, firstly as medlar quality awareness provides research basis, enrichedwolfberry brand and intellectual property construction content; followed by themedlar standardized cultivation provides guidance, as wolfberry production practices(SOP) construction laid some foundation; finally the existing varieties germplasmresources evaluation, for wolfberry resources do basic work.
