Object iveThere’s lots of unstructured knowledge in Chinese medicine domain and "Treatise on Febrile Diseases", which has high complexity in concepts and relations among concepts.MethodsFor the purposes of the heritage of Chinese medicine classic, the paper has raised the method of structural partial-ordered attribute diagram based on the formal concept analysis and concept lattice theory of mathematical methods, and has produced the structural partial-ordered attribute diagrams of prescription-formulating, dose effect, and prescription-sydrome of the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases"Resu ItsBy the analysis of the graphs, the structural partial-ordered attribute diagram not only shows good frequency, relevance and clustering characteristic, but also can effectively express hierarchically, structurally and visually in the processing of knowledge representation and knowledge discovery.ConelusionThis paper has developed the generated method of multilayer complex concept network based on the tight formal concept analysis theory of mathematical methods and the theory of structural partial-ordered attribute diagram, which laid a preliminary theoretical foundation for the knowledge discovery of the heritage of traditional Chinese medicine classic, and can comprehensively, objectively and multilayer reveal the group structure of prescription-formulating, dose effect, and prescription-sydrome of the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".
