A therapist’s academic thoughts,not only in the aspect of the theoretical research, more important is under the guidance of the theory used in the study of prescription in clinical practice. And clinical prescription of Chen Xiuyuan embodies the academic thinking, reflects its unique formula drug compatibility characteristics.Purpose:This study uses the data mining technology research prescription characteristics in Chen Xiuyuan’s works and the law, and tries to find the syndrome differentiation, treatment, Chen’s election party, drug use, drug use in exploring ideas and rules of prescription; summed up the Chen Xiuyuan prescription compatibility characteristics and the rule of syndrome and treatment with clinical guiding significance.Methods:The prescription records of Chen Xiuyuan’s works as the research object, collecting350prescriptions were selected prescription, first of all prescriptions for pretreatment, making the concept of TCM description into the data characteristics of the data, including basic element theory system of TCM symptom, pathogenesis, drug name, function, category, traditional Chinese medicine traditional Chinese medicine dose, toxicity and normative data. Results:The results show the compatibility law of prescriptions in the works of Chen Xiuyuan have the following characteristics:(1) in four of the five drugs flavour to the drug in four aspects, mainly concentrated in the cold, warm, flat three aspects; taste and pay more attention to Xin, Gan, bitter taste to the application of the three aspects to; the spleen, stomach, heart, liver, kidney.
