ObjectiveIn this study, Professor Liang Weixiong nearly3years experience in outpatient treatment of headache medication analyze, summarize and compatibility of high-frequency drug combination, and the recent evaluation of treatment efficacy analysis headache, hoping to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of headache medicine.Methods1. Clinical and epidemiological investigations using data mining methods: Collect1January2010to31December2012Professor Liang Weixiong prescription headache outpatient treatment, using PASW Statistics18.0for data mining analysis, application of descriptive analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis.2. Efficacy assessment:To collect January1,2013to October31,2013Professor Liang Weixiong total of30headache outpatient treatment cases, after twelve weeks of treatment of headache frequency, intensity, duration, associated symptoms, insomnia and menstrual patient subjective scoring, use PASW Statistics18.0line repeated measures analysis of variance observed indicators for each period of each case, in order to determine ratings syndromes as an efficient, effective index (x±s)×100%, respondents rate to understand efficacy case.3. Select one case of typical cases for analysis.ResultsFrom statistics, in drug laws, the cases collected a total of444cases of patients times, involving177kinds of drugs, including the use of frequency≥50and the frequency of≥10%were41kinds of drugs; the444cases of patients with medication-line sub-sample cluster analysis get five categories; frequency of administration will be five categories of patients≥30%of the45kinds of drugs row clustering analysis obtained13pairs, suggesting that the commonly used drugs for; these45kinds of drugs row factor analysis, select load factor≥0.5obtained10factors ingredients, the cumulative total of the percentage of variance explained67.413%, there were five main factors ingredients; efficacy assessment, respondents rate of54.55%; syndromes integral effective rate of53.33%, while its the wind phlegm stasis, blood stasis, qi stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome in effect is relatively obvious; efficacy index (x±s)×100%=(28.16±24.46) X100%.ConclusionWhen instructors use medicine to treat headaches, Qufengzhitoong, interests spleen and kidney, nerves, Pingganxifeng goods were common use, cited by focusing on drug use; Overall, the treatment of headache medicine is effective in headache frequency, headache frequency diff were statistically significant (P≤0.05), and at certain times some indicators appeared repeatedly or worsen or improve symptoms showed no significant difference (P>0.05), the degree of scale and integration such as headaches, insomnia in the10week was significantly increased (P≤0.05), prompted in the first10week of headache aggravation relatively obvious, but the degree of scale and integration headaches no difference in the first10weeks of the first4,6weeks; duration, the efficacy2,8,10poor first week in duration of6week; symptoms associated with poor efficacy week6,10; menstruating women, the symptoms are improved in a state, but each pairwise comparison period the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), poor prompt treatment.
