Clinical Medication Summary Of Professor Li Xiu-rong In The Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study explored professor Li Xiu-rong’s experience in the treatment of colorectal cancer by means of data mining,and provided a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods:By the method of retrospective survey,this study collected in October 1,2017 to October 31,2019,Professor Li Xiu-rong colorectal cancer cases and prescriptions in the outpatient and ward,using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,establishing database,through frequency analysis,clustering analysis,association rules analysis methods for data mining and clinical practice to summary Professor Li Xiu-rong’s the treatment of the colorectal cancer drug laws.Results:1.There were 190 patients in our study,which included 361 items of prescriptions and 246 kinds of herbs.The top 5 of the drugs in high frequency are licorice,astragalus,coix seed,sargentg loryvine,poria cocos.The main drug effects are tonic,antipyretic and digest drugs.The taste of the drugs my teacher used were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The medicinal properties used were mainly warm,cold and plain.And the spleen,stomach,liver were the mostly used channel tropism;2.In drug association analysis,the first three groups of drugs are astragalus-> coix seed,sargentg loryvine->astragalus,astragalus->poria cocos.The top three conifidence coefficient herb pairs are fried malt->burnt hawthorn,fried malt-> fried divine,fried divine->burnt hawthorn.Through entropy hierarchical clustering analysis,we get 4 new prescriptions for colorectal cancer,they are: pomegranate peel,dried ginger,cassia twig,cinnamon;Spiraling flower,generation of ochre,persimmon stem,agarwood,radix pseudostellariae,radix ophiopogonis,astragalus,atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos;butterbur flower,sea pumice stone,ephedra,bile arisaema,pinellia ternata.Conclusion:Professor Li Xiu-rong’s prescription for treating colorectal cancer is gentle and flexible.The clinical reasonings of mentor are based on spleen and stomach caring,body building.At the same time pay attention to the treatment of phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,poison.Emphasis on slow attack to drive away exopathogens,do not hurt the primordial qi.
