| The present study is to review the medical records of from ancient literatures to resent studies concerning "removing blood stasis and eliminating water stagnation",using modern computer technique and statistic methods,trying to find the indications and herb medicine using rules, especially about the potential rules of symptom-to-symptom,medicine to medicine,in order to provide insights of clinical and experimental research.Part one is to review literatures,579medical records using "removing blood stasis and eliminating water stagnation" was retrieved,the author summaries the development and evolving history of the method,try to understand removing blood stasis and eliminating water stagnation in a comprehensive way and build a solid condition for further studies.Part two is to collect data from the retrieved literatures,the author build symptom and medicine database of cardiopulmonary disease,kidney disease and hepatobiliary disease. Frequency,factor,cluster,canonical correlation methods and mathematical statistics,such as association rules were performed using SAS9.1,in order to summaries the potential rules of symptom-to-symptom,medicine to medicine,symptom-to-medicine.Part three is to summaries the key point of the using the removing blood stasis and eliminating water stagnation method including pathology,symptom clusters,syndromes,review and analysis frequent use medicine,prescription, treatment,treating rules of the removing blood stasis and eliminating water Stagnation method.The author summaries the rules of medicine use and principles of syndromes in order to build the foundation of clinical use. |
