Clinical Study On The Conservative Treatment Of Ectopic Pregnancy With Fepristone Combined With Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis, Killing Embryo And Eliminating Syndrome

Objective: Observe mifepristone tablets combined promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,kill the germ disease elimination treatment tire yuan resistance winding type ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment of clinical research,and the main factors by analyzing the treatment way and the control group,and study the mechanism of the observation group of traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical research and application,for the future clinical application and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine conservative treatment ectopic pregnancy.Methods: 56 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone tablet,and the control group was treated with mifepristone tablet alone.By recording the general data of patients,serum ?-HCG value,pelvic mass diameter change,days of abdominal pain,days of disappearance of abdominal pain,days of vaginal bleeding,days of cessation of vaginal bleeding and rate of return of menstruationn,statistical analysis was carried out.Results: 1.Analysis of the general data of the two groups,P > 0.05,no statistical difference,can be further studied.2.To analyze the changes of ?-HCG and the diameter of the mass in the two groups before and after treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.3.Analysis of the two groups of patients with abdominal pain days,abdominal pain disappear days,vaginal bleeding days,vaginal bleeding stop days,P<0.05,with statistical significance.4.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Comparison of the two groups: the efficiency of the experimental group was 89%,and that of the control group was 71%.The effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with activatingblood circulation and removing blood stasis,killing embryo and eliminating disease formula has certain curative effect on the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with blocking collateral-type of fetal elements in the undamaged stage,which can effectively reduce the serum positive-hcg value,promote the absorption of pelvic mass,reduce abdominal pain,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,and have a high rate of menstrual reactivation.The curative effect is better than that of the control group.Worthy of clinical promotion.
