Study On The20Th Centary Chinese Literature Resources And The"Subaltera Literature"in21St Century

The Chinese literature resources of20th century are regarded as the solid contemporary existence of Subaltern Literature in21st century literature resources. However, when academia looking for available ideologies, theories and creative resources for reference, it appears studying methods of simple abutment with comparative type and external links with similarities extraction which results in misunderstanding and harm to this two categories of literature in different degree. Therefore, this paper begins from the criticism of Subaltern Literature and the methods, success and failures, especially the misconceptions of Subaltern Literature research, to clean the bottom society words and to search "true representation" of Subaltern Literature, it is very necessary. This paper studies and develops from the following four aspects:Firstly, from macro-perspective point of view of modernity theory, the bottom society is lacking of the resources and opportunities to express itself in the context of Chinese traditional culture. The initiation of modern values leads to the thinking of traditional sense of hierarchy and class relations of intelligentsia. As anti-traditional sense and based on the May4th New Literature of early20th century, the universal value of material and spiritual conditions of human beings regarded as the main performance objective. The concept of "People Literature" and "Literature for the Common People" begin to have conscious awareness of bottom society which has similarities with the Subaltern Literature of new century in the sense of ultimate concern to humans, however, the former is not the Subaltern Literature of nowadays in the specific literature context characteristics.Secondly, view from the characterizations of modern discourse, some discourses correlated to the consciousness of bottom society are enlightenment discourse, revolutionary discourse and new enlightenment and post-revolutionary discourses which closely related in Chinese Literature Resources of20th Century. In20th Century Literature, kinds of discourses and their related background, the problems and consciousness of bottom society are always wounded around by different forms of the discourse of modernity, especially enwrapped or even covered by the political ideology and national ideological discourse. In the China modern construction of Chinese Literature, to investigate the bottom society composition of20th century and to analysis the relationship between bottom society consciousness and modern discourses are the important way to explore Subaltern Literature of new century for the current construction of Chinese Modernity.Thirdly, macro view from the Chinese New Literature, the composition of bottom society of20th century literature resources is the solid contemporary existence of Subaltern Literature in new century while internal complex and entanglement of each resource are needed to clean up. The expression of literature, culture and thought for bottom society with concept of Enlightenment, Revolution and Its Radicalism, Popularity is headstream and running water of Subaltern Literature, though each resource is so complicated that brings difficulties for resources reference. For bottom society concept, situations of the paradox between enlightenment and being enlightened, the transformation of enlightenment discourses and revolutionary discourse, entanglement for the revolutionary of Left Wing Literature and political Utopian ideology, the modern imagination of Socialism Literature and the reality of poor people, etc result in misunderstanding objectively from simple reference. Issues in literature about investigation of such paradox that how attitude and values involved, and reorganizing the bottom society consciousness provide spiritual nourishment to the writing and research for Subaltern Literature in New Century.Lastly, take the20th Century Chinese Literature resources as reference background, this thesis demonstrates the emergence of Subaltern Literature thought in New Century, in a larger sense, is the interaction reflection of Literature Modernity (especially critical consciousness) and Society Modernity (i.e. instrumental reason). During exploration of the material and spiritual dimensions of the bottom society of Subaltern Literature, this paper distinguishes and refers the misunderstandings of21st Century Literature usefully, and reflects the new context under the composition of modernity and problems of Subaltern Literature which has already established a spiritual connection between20th Century Chinese Literature and New Century Literature.
