On Moral Effectiveness

Morality has great significance to human existence:moral effectiveness ensure the value significance of the existence of harmony between the individual’s inner order, human and human from the dimensions of individual, group (between individuals) and class. Facing the real-life world in the moral landslide, morality, moral failure of all kinds of chaos, morality is particularly urgent and important.Combined with previous studies, we think, the so-called moral force is moral system on the individual or community behavior or spiritual force or influence, its purpose lies in the maintenance of good order and the individual perfect community. The moral force is mainly conventional force, guiding force, giving force and action force, has the characteristics of multiple, endogenous, automatic control etc.. according to different classification criteria, Moral force can be divided into different types. Morality and moral effectiveness, legal effectiveness similar to the concept of both obvious relationships but there are essential differences. Facing the moral effectiveness, we think that there are three kinds of views need to review:one, moral force is the moral effectiveness of. Secondly, moral force is equal to the validity of moral norms. Thirdly, moral force is equal to the force of conscience. Our view is:not only the moral itself is effective, but also the good moral itself is the premise and guarantee to moral effectiveness finally achieve good results. The moral force is the force rather than moral norms or some other single elements of the elements of moral system. Undeniable, moral effectiveness depends on the conscience, but we will not be asserted, the conscience of the force is completely equivalent to the moral force of all.So, how moral force generates? Through the analysis we roundly found:the universality of the moral nature is the root of morality; moral rationality and content is effective on the basis of morality; comprehensive moral structure moral effectiveness is the guarantee. Generation of morality not only needs the intrinsic conditions also needs the external conditions:first, the scientific design of moral system, especially the scientific ethics is the moral force of prefabricated the prerequisite, internal conditions. Secondly, the external environment (especially the institutional environment) and moral dissemination and the object are the moral force is the external conditions. Finally, the internal conditions whether moral effectiveness happened to meet, the external conditions or moral effectiveness of the complete, it needs joint efforts of every individual of the community, it demands self-discipline of each individual in the community, to develop good virtue, do our best for improving the system of community and the pecking order and good customs.If the occurrence of morality mainly answers:moral force comes from? To explore the moral force is the internal conditions and external conditions--conditions, then, to realize the moral force is to answer: effective play to depend on the aspects of the guarantee, or morality, moral force in the process of implementation will be affected by which factors? We think:morality influences not only by moral system itself, but also by the moral system itself which influence living environment, and environmental influence factors mainly include two aspects:public institutions and individual factors. Among them, the moral system is the basis for the realization of morality; justice is the moral force to achieve the external security of individual morality is the moral force, the realization of the internal support.In real life, specification alienation, abuse of power, the Philistine personality is caused by arch-criminal moral failure, so it needs three aspects of prevention from moral system itself, the community system and the individual moral cultivation.In conclusion, the moral effectiveness on how to serve the human existence better is an eternal topic, it is valuable to space and the research greatly, our research is just the beginning, we will continue to research and thinking further about the existing ideas, to find a feasible path and method to guarantee the morality works.
