| "Justice"(justice)is an important issue,Socrates for "justice" generous dying,Plato for "justice" wrote the immortal masterpiece "republic".Aristotle wrote the nicomachean ethics and the politics on the basis of the "justice" thought of two great philosophers.Socrates pursued the "just" virtue,Plato put forward the "justice" of the state system,and Aristotle put forward the "just" virtue theory.Thinking on the issue of justice is the source of people’s cognition about justice and the pursuit of self-justice value.Therefore,how to further understand Aristotle’s thought of "justice" and examine its development,so as to achieve the profound reflection of the mission and task of philosophy.This paper tries to expound the connotation of Aristotle’s thought of "justice" from the perspective of the text and then consider the practical significance of "justice".By analyzing the relationship between "moral justice" and "justice under the rule of law",this paper explores the contemporary value of Aristotle’s thought of "justice". |
