Moral attitude serves as glue that connects ethics and psychology in terms of moral, and takes advantage of individual psychological basis and features to explore the relationship between moral cognition and behaviors, which bridges knowing and doing in the moral ground. The conventional ethical theories apply their rules to regulate and obligate people’s behaviors rather than account for the individual psychology for one’s behavioral conduct. A society that takes moral autonomy and ethical responsibility as the cornerstone is just a utopia. In recent years, researches of moral psychology liberates researchers from the complete obligation and limitation of rationalism, leading ethic philosophy to focus on the analysis on individual psychology related to moral behavior and ethic codes, thereby regarding moral resources as the basis of ethic research, which ameliorates the account of ethic codes instead or counting solely on ethic obligation and rationalismMoral attitude is an individual psychological condition combining long-term moral cognition, moral emotion and ethic tendency, which is the backbone of psychological responses in a successive event in a direct or indirect way, and which is the tendency of subjects’moral behavior in the ethic life. Moral attitude is emotional, stable and interpersonal, and mirrors one’s moral integrity, moral value outlook, and balances individual’s ethics. Moral attitude is the sublimation of moral recognition, the prediction of moral behavior and guide of moral life.Real life is full of all kinds of moral attitude, and it can be categorized into two types on the basis of psychology:positive moral attitude and negative attitude towards. The positive one is characterized with open-mindedness, credence, which exerts positive effects on us, of which includes moral kindness, moral altruism, and moral credential; the negative one is negative, impendent to the advance of the social moral system, containing moral selfishness, dubiousness and indifference.Science and ethics study is not irrelevant for the reason that scientific empirical research methods can be used as the basis of studying the moral attitude and means. Firstly, moral attitude is an overt response, and as a stable psychological condition moral attitude can be reflected through moral cognition, moral regulation preference and moral behavioral preference, all of which can be measured by means of experimental measures. Secondly, moral attitude can be transformed into operative and measurable concept. The measurement of moral attitude is affected by many subjective and objective factors, thus triggering errors.A good moral attitude is required to promote the perfection of moral system. For children, boosting their moral cognition is the primary task, the way of which is to enrich children’s moral experience and promote their moral recognition by means of rewards and penalties. For teenagers, the prime task rests on developing their judging ability via nurturing their moral attitude. For adults, moral environment plays the most crucial role in fostering their moral attitude.
