Research On The Logic Of Fuzzy Information Flow

Since Jon Barwise and Jerry Seligman’s works Information Flow:the Logic of Distributed Systems was published in1997, information flow as a logic has obtained attention in modern logic, logic of language and other research fields. Researchers in different fields have given formal and informal descriptions and explanations of the logic, from different angles, about its meta-theoretical study, theoretical research under the tradition of modal logic, application study of information flow method and some other aspects. It can be said that the research on logic of information flow has speeded the development of the research fields of logics, computer science, and linguistics.In recent years, the phenomenon of fuzzy information flow has attracted attention from some foreign scholars, who mainly combine the theory of the logic of information flow and the related theories of the fuzzy logic (for example, rough set and approximation) to deal with the problem of fuzzy information flow. With such a background, this dissertation, based on the thoughts and method of information flow logic, combining the related theory of fuzzy logic, makes an attempt to descript the reasoning of fuzzy information flow. This dissertation first briefed on research status of information flow logic, after that give the theoretical foundation of the logic of information flow, with an introduction to the system Gr and Gδ of ideal information flow logic following. Next, on the basis of the known theory, introduces some basic concepts about fuzzy logic theory. An attempt is made subsequently to describe the basic content of fuzzy information flow reasoning, and its characteristics. Our work ends with some discussions for the other issues about fuzzy information flow and proposes futher assumption of some of my own work.The main creativity of this dissertation lies in as follows. First, it combs the researches, home and abroad, on the logic of information flow (on the cross research between information flow logic and fuzzy logic, in particular), and summarizes several different directions of current researches on information flow logic. Second, it generalizes the characteristics of the system of information flow logic from the classical systems Gγ and Gδ extends and proves some theorems, and completes some incomplete proofs. Third, it puts forward the reasoning of fuzzy information flow, mainly by combining the characteristics of fuzzy information flow. On the basis of information flow logic, it gives the basic concepts of fuzzy information flow logic, including L-classification, L-information channel. We discussed the reasoning of fuzzy information flow and its characteristics based on the reasoning of information flow afterwards.
