Borderlands Ci is the remarkable work of Chinese traditional garden of Ci. Qing dynasty which is a restoration period gained remarkable achievement in Borderlands Ci springs up quite considerable batches number of Borderlands Ci works, many of which are masterpieces in Qing’Ci. However, this valuable literature heritage hasn’t been studiedcomprehensively. This paper which collects the Borderlands Ci as many as possible tries to make a comprehensive and systematic study on Borderlands Ci of Qing Dynasty and fill the gap in this field. As an academic research with a theme of the work as object, this paper argues that the text analysis of the specific work is necessary. This is the basic research methods of this paper also. Only do close reading for each specific Borderlands Ci, can we draw the draw in-depth understanding on entire Borderlands Ci of Qing Dynasty. With no doubt, macroscopical generalization and researching on the writers are necessary. Only combining macroexamination with microexamination could we come to understand Borderlands Ci of Qing Dynasty systematically and thoroughly. This is the aim of the paper。There are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter applies to solve the three questions. In order to research Borderlands Ci of Qing Dynasty more frequently,we should understand the development and transformation of previous Borderlands Ci firstly. Only in this way, we can observe Qing Dynasty’s Borderlands Ci from a historical perspective. Gathering Borderlands Ci studying material of past dynasties so far, grasping foundation the research based on and in which aspect remains to be further observed, all of these are the premise of our studies. Finally, we defines the scope of Borderlands Ci from time and space dimension distinctly, making clear which is should divides into Borderlands Ci. All these are the fundamental work.The second chapter summarizes the periodization of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty, and researches the total feature of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty. The paper divides borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty into three periods. The first is Shunkang period, about 79 years. The second is Yongqian period, about 98 years. The third period lasts from Daoguang to the late of Qing dynasty, about 98years. This chapter researches the borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty by stages, and summarizes the total feature of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty.The third chapter researches the writers’situation of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty and the main contents of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty. The paper classifies the writers of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty by different sides, emphasizes the cause of the writers came out to borderlands to cognize the speciality of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty deeply from the standpoint of the writers. This chapter also concludes the themes of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty, especially researches the themes that other borderlands literature had not referred before Qing dynasty.The fourth chapter and fifth chapter take borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty all round from two aspects of space-time world and exiled world. The research method of these two chapters is text analyzing.The sixth chapter includes two particular categories of researching of borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty, coastal areas Ci of the late of Qing dynasty and Taiwan Ci of the late of Qing dynasty. The coastal areas became the borderlands when the threats transferred to the sea, coastal areas Ci is namely borderlands Ci. Taiwan is a important barrier of mainland, could be seemed a borderland in the late of Qing dynasty. Furthermore, academics pay little attention to Taiwan Ci at present. So, the paper brings Taiwan Ci of late of Qing dynasty into range of study. The research method of these two chapters is also text analyzing.The paper suggests that borderlands Ci is not a simple literary phenomenon, but a comprehensive literary culture phenomenon. Feudal dynasty is a necessary condition for borderlands Ci. Therefore, borderlands Ci did not exist after Qing dynasty died out. The borderlands Ci of Qing dynasty is the last glory of borderlands Ci.
