Study On The Value Evaluation Of Ecological Justice

For centuries, under the control of anthropocentrism values, humans have dominated the formulation of the criterion and activities of value judgment. Anthropocentrism values have made humans seek their own survival and development at the expense of human natural environment. How to adjust the existing human values? How to establish a fair and just value evaluation of the scale, and its evaluation function? This paper deepens the theoretical study of environmental value theory by expounding the problem of ecological value evaluation of justice. At the same time, the people put forward the concept of sustainable development which directs at the root of the problem of human ecological values, but the study on the evaluation of the value of the ecological justice is the study of the human right to correct the wrong ecological values, and forms new values and thinking mode of ecological justice, which has a positive significance to promote the deepening of the theory of sustainable development. The focus of ecological justice is the ecological practice of human beings. The study of the value evaluation of the ecological justice puts forward the path and methods to realize the value of ecological justice, which provides effective theoretical guidance for the practice of human ecological justice. At the same time, the study on the value evaluation of ecological justice has far-reaching practical significance, which is helpful to the establish effective social evaluation mechanism, to correctly handle the social contradictions caused by the ecological crisis, to further guide the practice of human ecological civilization, to form the value of ecological justice, and to guide human beings to correctly handle the relationship between humans and nature.With the theory of ecological justice in Marxist philosophy theory, ecological philosophy, political philosophy, value philosophy, as the theoretical basis, with the unity of opposites between subject and object, subjective and objective, behavior and the criteria of judgment, cognition and practice as the way of thinking, with the unification of normative analysis and empirical research, the combination of literature research and comparative research, the complement of historical analysis and realistic analysis as the methodology, the paper has discussed and expounded the concepts of the subject of ecological justice value evaluation, the object of ecological justice value evaluation, and the criteria of ecological justice value evaluation. Based on these, the paper further explains the conditions and the dilemma to realize the value of ecological justice, and finally puts forward the approaches and measures to realize ecological justice. The main contents of this paper are as follows:First, from the perspective of the existence of value, for the first time, the subject and the object of evaluation of ecological justice value are defined. In the demonstration of the subject of the value evaluation of the ecological justice, the interests’ background and the subjective desire of evaluation subject of the ecological justice value under different ecological relations, and the influence of the background and aspiration on the subject of evaluation of the motivation and evaluation of action are expounded. In the inter-species relationships, it is argued that human beings are the main body of evaluation, so it is difficult to avoid the evaluation for their benefits which is beneficial to them. Therefore, human beings can only prevent or reduce the damage to the ecological benefits of nature and other creatures by effective institutional constraints. In the inter-generational relationship, the subject of the value evaluation of ecological justice is the contemporary and future generations of the human being. The ecological relationship between the former and the contemporary people and their future generations is evaluated by the contemporary people. The ecological relationship between the former and the contemporary people is evaluated by future generations.In the intra-generational relationship, the relationship between countries and the ethnic groups, and the relationship of the ecological interests and ecological responsibilities between the rich and the poor are evaluated by the contemporary people. In the demonstration of the object of value evaluation of ecological justice, the paper expounds the ecological impact of human behavior in different ecological relations and the different contents of social influence and different degrees. It also discusses the development and change of the object of value evaluation of ecological justice. The generational relationship comprises the balance of the ecological interests between countries and ecological responsibility, and it also comprises the fair distribution of natural resources and ecological obligations between the races, and the coordination of ecological interests between the rich and the poor. The generational relations include the limit of the contemporary people’s pursuit of the interests, the responsibility of the contemporary people for ecological interests of future generations, and historical judgment of contemporary human behavior by the future generations. As far as the inter-species relationship is concerned, the focus is the unity of opposites between humans and other species.Second, from the perspective of value epistemology, it breaks through the study of traditional evaluation criteria of ecological justice. From the two aspects of the criteria of both the subjective and objective evaluation criteria, the complexity of the criteria of ecological justice has been clarified systematically. In the evaluation criteria of the subject, the different evaluation criteria of human subjects and the common evaluation criteria of human beings in the evaluation criteria of ecological justice have been expounded. The evaluation criteria of the system in the objective evaluation criteria and the technological evaluation criteria have also been explored. On the basis of the six laws of ecology, a girding and node type evaluation model of ecological justice has been constructed. The system evaluation criterion of ecological justice value is used to evaluate whether ecological behavior conforms to the law of ecology. The technical evaluation criteria is used to measure whether the human behavior exceeds the natural bearing and how much it exceeds in order to decide compensation responsibility, which defines how much the human beings should bear compensation responsibility. Ecological laws and scientific and technological means can help mankind realize ecological interests of the allocation and sharing of responsibility under the ecological justice to further define the boundaries of human ecological behavior, which has broken the saying that the ecological justice can not be achieved.Third, from the perspective of value practice, the study of inter-generational relations has completed the definition of contemporary people, and divided and limited ecological responsibility of the contemporary people. It has demonstrated the realization conditions and dilemma of ecological justice. It has also put forwards the path of realizing inter-generational and generational justice, and tried to explore the realization mechanism of ecological justice. In the process of defining the contemporary people, the means of dynamic research are used to define the historical dimension and space dimension of contemporary human ecological responsibility. In the study of the real dilemma of the ecological justice realization, although various countries have designed the system of realization of ecological justice value and reform ecological value system, in the objective aspect, a few people still ignore the overall situation of human survival and development to pursue their own interests and oppose the main value of ecological civilization. They excessively exploit natural recourse, wantonly waste, and even do damage to ecological interests of others. Due to the existence of these behaviors and phenomena, difficulties for the realization of ecological justice have been brought. In the subjective aspect, because a considerable part of members of human society is not fully aware of the danger of the ecological crisis to the survival and development of human beings, and not fully understood the importance of ecological justice for human social order stability, and even has a wrong understanding of ecological justice or paranoid understanding, these problems caused by human subjective world have increased the difficulty to achieve ecological justice. In the demonstration of ecological justice, the paper expounds the historical conditions of transformation of realizing ecological justice from market economy to ecological economy, and discusses the subjective conditions for a rational cognition and an emotional recognition of the ecological justice, and the objective basis of the legal system of environmental law in different countries. In the study of realization of the ecological justice, the model of the limitation and compensation management and the adjustment mechanism of interests have been constructed.Finally, the belief of ecological justice should be advocated in the whole society by the value evaluation of human ecological behavior in the age of ecological economy. The purpose of the study is to make ecological justice be realized in the human society, so that ecological justice is rooted in the human heart to form a firm belief of ecological justice, so as to make people take actions firmly under the guidance of the ecological justice, and establish the ecological order and social evaluation mechanism which accords with the spirit of the ecological justice. On the basis of an exploration of the deep sources of the ecological crisis and a demonstration of conditions and predicament of the realization of ecological justice, suggestions have been put forward to realize ecological civilization of the human beings, and awaken the social value perception of mankind for a sustainable development.
