Research On NGO And Social Wealfare In China

NGO is regarded as policy tools for Chinese social welfare reform.In government level, according to government purchasing public service NGO, the cooperative model between NGO and government is formed, which leads to promote the quality and efficiency of social welfare; in market level, NGO will push the formation of corporate social responsibility mechanism; in social level, NGO shall pave the way to personal charity and voluntary action. In short, a three-dimensional social wealfare is established by government、market and society, which will improve the quality of public products supply and widen supply channels, as well as improve service efficiency.Thesis is composed of six aspects:Introduction part mainly puts forward research problem background and significance, choice of research method, the paper structure, and this innovation and difficulty. It analyzed theoretical background of NGO, including theoretical background of reform of the welfare state and interaction model between NGO and the government. From the micro and macro aspect,it clarified inevitability and necessity of welfare reform of NGO.In Chapter 3,it mainly introduces international experience of NGO. First,it introduces characteristics and form of NGO in different development period,as well as the activity and influence of NGO;Secondly,it mainly introduces the development situation of NGO in British, especially,the government and NGO cooperation pattern;thirdly, because of similar culture tradition,it introduces NGO in Japan.finally it introduce the dilemma of NGO in china.
