As two developing countries with important influence,in recent years, the rapid development of China and Brazil trade relations has caused widespread concern in the worldwide. Economics is the leading stream on the Sino-Brazil trade relations research, previous studies mainly focued on trade issues. The existing researches only analyzed bilateral trade issues after reform and opening up, especially the new century. We belived that Sino-Brazil trade relations are not only a economic issue,also related to political ones. This paper regarded the Sino-Brazil trade relations as a special bilateral relations,thus focused on bilateral relations rather than trade,and put it into the historical context to investigate its dynamic process.In the introduction section,we put the puzzle that why did the Sino-Brazil trade relations gain rapid development in recnetly years whereas it stumbled after the founding of the PRC? Then,we analysis both theoretical and practical significance of this study. On the basis of the comprehensive understanding of the current work, we critically pointed out the weakness of previous studies and showed the the direction for future research.The first chapter is the literature review section of the full text. It fully reviewed the previous research,and then, critically put forward the Inadequate of previous foreign policy analysis. The effect of this charpter is to find a new breach for the new framework.The second chapter is a theoretical construction of the full-text.it define the development strategy from the foreign policy perspective,and divided the foreign trade policy into three categories,rededined the foreign strategy from the single country. After that, we put forward the static analysis framework of bilateral trade relations from two countries. what is more,we put this simple analytical framework into the historical process to form the dynamic framework of the bilateral trade relations. The second chapter set up the new theoretical framework of the full text.The third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapters is the case study of this paper. We selected China and Brazil as the object of this paper and use the new theoretical framework to explain the realities of the Sino-Brazilian trade development.The third chapter analyzes the inward-looking development strategy led to the closed evelopment between the two countries, their foreign strategies eventually leading to the stagnation of sino-brazilian trade relations during the founding of PRC to the mid-1960s,In fourth chapter,Brazil implied development strategies that emphasize export features and multidiplomacy. Although the Chinese continue to pursue inward-looking development strategy,but by "a line" strategy, increased contact with the capitalist countries. In this case, sino-brazilian trade relations developed during the mid-sixties to the early1980s.In fifth chapter,China and Brazil are both adjusted their development strategies and emphasis on exports with the implementation of outward-oriented development. The role of non-aligned and independent diplomacy leaded to mutual concern which increased sino-brazilian trade relations during the1980s to the early mid-nineties.In sixth chapter, China and Brazil implied a comprehensive development strategy with a more outward-looking development. Under the guidance of peaceful development and power policy, the two countries have attached great importance to trade relations since the mid-1990s.In conclusion part, we verdicted that two countriesā€™development strategies and foeign strategies...
