Peasants’Ideological and political education is the process that the Marx doctrine and the traditional feudal ideas in mind by peasants collide and integrate, using the Marx doctrine on the farmers’Ideological and political education and transformating, to expel or reduce the presence of the feudal and bourgeois ideology in the peasants’ mind, thus creating a new peasant culture, help peasant to overcome its limitation, improve its awareness level. Rural and agriculture is the main pillar of our country economy, the peasant is the biggest social group and the important foundation of the Communist Party of China in our country, The fruitful peasant Ideological and political education was the fine tradition and political superiority of the Communist Party of China,is to stimulate the enthusiasm of peasants to better the construction of socialist new countryside and to consolidate the party’s ruling foundation,also it is inevitable for peasants oneself to develop. The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to peasant s’ Ideological and political education. In1935Zunyi conference of the Communist Party of China,Mao Zedong became core leaders, under his leadership, the Soviet developed peasant education vigourly, improved peasants’political consciousness and quality.on the Eve of thel949Chinese revolution victory, the center work will transfer to the city, Mao Zedong put forward" the serious problem is the education of peasants". In initial stage of reforming and opening, ignoring the ideological and political work resulted in disturbances in serious condition, Deng Xiaoping pointed out that ignoring the people’s ideological and political education which is the biggest mistake. In view of the country after reforming and opening again in the feudal superstition and bad social mood, Jiang Zemin emphasizes with the reform and opening up, more and more attention to the education of peasants, and pointed out that the rural ideological position of socialist ideology, if do not occupy,\the wrong idea s would occupy, and asked various party organization serious attention. With Hu Jintao as the core of the new collective, the problem of "three farming" is put on the the most important position for the first time, thus the education of peasants is put on the unprecedented important position of the Communist Party of China also. To keep pace with The Times, foresight to develop the peasants’ideological and political education,which causes that the education of peasants always keep up with the times of the tide of progress, and it provides a powerful guarantee for building new socialist rural areas and cultivating new peasants.From both theoretical and realistic perspectives, this paper conducts systematic research on the peasants’ Ideological and political education and explores the possibility and feasibility of improving it.This paper mainly consists seven chapters:Chapter one mainly summarizes the background, significance and the innovation of the article.Chapter two mainly discusses several concepts on the peasants’ Ideological and political education, the status and function of the peasants’ Ideological and political education, and the Marx classic writers’ thoughts on the peasants’ Ideological and political education, which is the theoretical base of the following chapters.Chapter three mainly presents the two stages of the evolution process of the peasants’ Ideological and political education from historical point of view. They are the new democratic revolution and the socialist revolution and construction period. this Chapter presents the Formation, change, frustration and other aspects of the peasants’ Ideological and political education of the two stages, and evaluate them Objectively.Chapter four mainly addresses the Progress of the peasants’ Ideological and political education in the new period, and Summed up the historical experience and Enlightenment. They are:Must be based on the development of the Marx doctrine as a guide, which is the basic premise of peasants’ Ideological and political work along the righe direction; Must adhere to the party’s central work, which is the basic requirement for peasant’s ideological and political education work to find out its own position, play its Proper function; must always pay full attention to the party’s ideological and political education, adhere to the socialist orientation of education, which is the essence of the peasants’ Ideological and political education healthy; must always adhere to the reform and innovative thinking to study new case, resolve new issue, this is the power source of the peasants’ Ideological and political education; must always adhere to the plan as a whole method of peasants’ Ideological and political education, which is the basic method of the development coordinatly of t he peasants’ Ideological and political education.Chapter five mainly addresses four issues related to the peasants’ Ideological and political education. They are:The autonomy of villagers and the farmer’s modem political consciousness training, the rural cooperative economic organization and the peasant smallholder consciousness transformation, The construction of Rural Grass-root Party Organizations and the peasants’ Ideological and political education, The construction of new socialist countryside and the peasants’Ideological and political education.Chapter six starts with analyzing the current situation of the peasant’ sIdeological and political education. Based on the investigation of the current situation, this chapter focuses on penetrating and discovering the existing problems and their causes in the peasant’ sIdeological and political education.Based on the sixth chapter,The last chapter puts forward the peasants’ Ideological and political education purpose, nature and standards; analyzing the fuzzy recognition of the peasants’ Ideological and political education and points out the principles of innovation in Ideological and political education, put forward the countermeasure proposal to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of peasants.
