Villagers 'autonomy And The Farmers' Ideological And Political Education Research

It's very important for the Chinese Communist Party to enhance the ideological-political education to the peasants in the village-selfgovermance. Aiming at how to encourage and lead the peasants participate in the village-selfgovermance, the paper analyses the rural foundation of the village-selfgovermance, the peasants' thought condition, the functions of the ideological-political education, and comes up with some valid advices.With the country historical foundation, the independence of the village, the transformation of the village political culture, the village-selfgovermance has grown and developed in the rural areas. The peasants' political and economical independence, the social delamination, and the culture background formed the foundation of body factor of the village-selfgovermance.There are two main colonies in the village-selfgovermance, one is the peasant elites, and they have more knowledge and higher ability to take part in the rural politic, progressively or negatively, with the thought mixed with the tradition and the modern. The other is the ordinary peasants, and there are many problems in their moral, the democracy and law consciousness, the political attitude and the household consciousness etc., requiring more education.The ideological-political education can promote the village-selfgovermance effectively. It can help the peasants to keep the appropriate political enthusiasm, strengthen the peasants' modern democracy consciousness, and lead the peasants to participate rightly in the rural politic. According to these, I suggest that we should have new cognition about the peasants and the ideological-political education. In the education, we should take full use of the different media such as the paper, the TV , the school in the country etc., adopt the correct method in the work, and educate the country staff at first.
