Under Ideological And Political Education Field Of Female Peasant Laborer City Adaptation Research

Since country's census register system begins to totter in 1984, rural labor personnel goes into town being engaged is increasing by gradually. That the peasant goes into town being engaged in a labor is to be the general trend .In century nineties, the female stagnates in movement of population later than the male sex. Enter the new century , pushed by all of the various levels government especially Women's Federations, female going into town being engaged in the labor increases gradually. The peasant laborer already becomes essential part for the city economic growth and the prosperity.Many experts have given their countermeasures and suggestion on improving the life standard of the peasant laborer in urban, from many sides such as sociology , demography , psychology, law, the city administering and the immigrant adaptation. However, regardless of any aspects or field being chosen as the research, taking the female peasant labor as a whole group to study, is still not very common. Being an indispensible part of peasant labor, the adaptation of the female peasant in urban is not just covering their issue of survival and live in the cities, but also their integration to the urban lifestyle from cultural and psychological ways. Whether survival adaption is easier than the cultural and psychological adaptation ? What kind of diverse problems might be brought about? What would exist as the main issue for their adaption? Whether they would encounter the gender discrimination in their way of their integration to unban life? From the aspects such as political ,economical and social ways , how these female peasant themselves handle their problems caused by the adaptation, just to make it better for their life in the city? These are all that this dissertation is going to discuss about.By the instruction of Marxism dialectical materialism and historical materialism, choosing the ideological and political education as the analysis angle , I selects the case of Wuhan female peasant laborers as my reference, and analyse their present living situation based on the real diagnosis investigation. And I also study on finding out the reason from the aspect of ideological and political education ,with the hope of giving the useful measure of improvement. Part I is to through the investigation of difficulties the female peasant labor would come cross in unban, I wrote the part one from three levels, they are the issue of survival adaptation , the problems of social cultural as well as the psychological fitting in . Part II, on the foundation of the case analysis given by Part I, this part is to give the detailed explanation from ideological and political education way, to such phenomenon caused by the difficulties for female peasant labor adapting to the rural life. Part III focuses on the suggestion on how to improve the female peasant workers, also from the same angle of ideological and political education. By improving the situation of female peasant labor, to promote harmonious society construction and to accelerate a course of urbanization ultimately.
