After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, it is a long winding process for legal construction. From the founding of PRC, the legal construction is a process of newly built and developed, windingly developed and damaged seriously, primary restoration, and fully and fast developed. It has experienced the leaps from legal construction to rule-by-law, which is the modernization of legal construction, making China go on the road of rule-by-law.Correspond to the legal construction of China, legal idea also dealt with the relationship between rule-by-law with democracy, economic construction, and rule-by-virtue, then built socialist idea of the rule by law.In contemporary society, while Chinese society is developing very fast, especially when China is during the period of social transformation.
