The Study Based On The Theory Of Need Of Adolescent’s Moral Question

People always attribute the deviant, delinquent moral problems as ideological problems or resort to family, school, society. Judge and study the moral issues depart from adolescent’s need completely. In fact, moral as social norms, come from a variety of relationship of human needs;As social consciousness, moral but also the social needs, spiritual needs, moral problems are not only related to the moral need, but also inextricably linked to other need. Youth as a special stage of life, the moral problems come from more complicated "need" factors, study and solve moral problems, should make clear the behind need problems, then give an antidote against the disease and solve effectively.Need is an automatic response of relationship of human dependence on material life and spiritual life condition. Also the reflection of internal body and external environment imbalance. Need is the original power of all behavior, is the tendency of people feel lack and effort to obtain satisfy the behavior,and the beginning of people’s "mental--behavior "relationship.The most familiar need theory to people is Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Marx’s needs theory. Although Maslow’s need theory and Marx’s needs theory are different in the subject, point, height, depth, scientific, limitations and so on.but in the main body, need to order, need is dynamic aspects, original of power especially in "need is the original power of human behavior" consistent heightly. Therefore, we would through hold their commonness and strengths, avoid their defects to guide the moral problems of young people.The lack of need trigger personality problems is the core of the theory of Maslow’s psychological needs, and personality disorder is the main factor to moral problem already become consensus in psychology. Therefore, we deem that need lack trigger moral problem is the logic consequence of Maslow’s needs theory.Morality and need is dialectical unity is the basic viewpoints of Marxism doctrine. On the one hand, the need influence the moral. Moral comes from people’s various relationship,spiritual needs, social needs driving people’s moral pursuit, the lack of ethical need raise moral problem. On the other hand, moral influence people’s need. Morality is not only the restriction, guidance, supervision to the need of people but also the social standard to needs, need of a person’s is legitimate or not depends on the level of the moral realm. The moral need is the original power of pursuit and practice moral, the lack of moral need also raises ethical issues.Teenagers’psychology and physiology decided their special needs. We found through research, adolescents’need more complex compared with other stages of life, almost contain all need from children to adult, and has the characteristics of stage, emotional; inclined to self-esteem needs highlightly, moral need lessly.The moral problem of youth come from needs problems. Adolescents need is the same with the needs of adults, have proper and improper need. On the one hand, the moral problem of youth are the results of various unfair need driving, including the improper material needs, spiritual needs and the social needs. On the other hand, lack of teenagers’ legitimate needs not only enable young people lack moral pursuit power, but also cause the young rebellious easily, serious antagonistic will become moral problem. Need lack that closely related with the moral problems are the need for self-esteem, basic survival needs, academic attention needs, physiological problems concerned needs, moral need etc generally.Adolescent need is proper or not, the legitimate needs can meet or not also related to family, school, society etc. The family’s function, structure, parenting style, moral demonstration;School’s moral education, teacher’s moral; Social’s economic environment, cultural environment, moral environment, network culture, peer group status in relation to meeting of adolescent various legitimate needs, are the external cause of moral problems of young people.Therefore, to solve the moral problems of young people we should do the following work: First, deal with the needs of adolescents correctly, including as far as possible to meet the legitimate needs, help them prevent or refrain from unfair need, stimulate their moral needs; Second, to solve the family, school, society and other issues, in order to satisfy their need to family,to school, to society etc.. Third, family, school, society should clarify their respective duties, unify values at the same time, and build the Trinity educational environment.
