Study On The Cultivation Of Teenagers' Moral Competence

As a sum of the behavioral norms that adjust the relationships between human beings,individuals and society, morality not merely performances as a knowledge, a standard, but also as a competence of determination, choice, evaluation, behavior and innovation. This is an important competence that affects the development of the teenagers. Teenagers are the hope and future of a nation. Their moral state directly decides the future development and civilized level of a nation. The period of teenagers is not only the crucial period for the formation of moral quality but also the important stage for the formation and development of the moral notion. Moral competence will affect the teenagers' moral attitude. Therefore, the training and development of teenagers' morality and moral competence has become the necessary content for the citizen's moral construction and teenagers' ideological and political education. In the era with rapid development of science and technology, the teenagers are facing the impacts of many values. The moral problems caused by teenagers' moral competence disabilities become increasingly prominent. They appear to be indifferent in moral emotion,fuzzy in moral cognition, weak in moral will and the moral theory divorcing from practice. These phenomena of moral anomie really worry us. The cultivation of teenagers' moral competence has appeared to be a new prominent problem. Discuss and study teenagers' moral competence cultivation, reveal the reality and propose the principles and countermeasures has the important theoretical significance and realistic meaning for the teenagers to grow up healthily and for the building of a harmonious society.Based on the method of combining theory with practice, this paper arranges the content from theoretical and practical operation. In theory, based on the relevant theories, this paper discusses the necessity and deepens the understanding of teenagers' moral competence cultivation from emphasizing the following aspects. Firstly, teenagers' moral competence cultivation is the essential requirement to construct a socialist harmonious society. Secondly, it is the intrinsic need to cultivate teenagers'morality. Thirdly, it is the important aim of school moral education. Fourthly, it is the basic project to improve the overall quality of the nation. Lastly, it is the main way to solve the moral anomie.
