This paper tries to analyze the government responsibility under the perspective of problem of juvenile moral education in our country and the government-led strategy of problem solving.Through the analysis of juvenile moral development present situation,existing problems,and puts forward youth moral education effect not the main reason of juvenile moral education system construction of incomplete,school,family and society three aspects important education strength in juvenile moral education mode characterized by fragmented,not form a good systems and mechanisms of communication with each other,the government in adolescent moral education in the process of building system failed to play its due role.Government as a national public administration power,so the actual behavior of the body,should give full play to its dominance in youth moral education pattern to build strength,shouldering the responsibility of what needs to be done,to explore to build an effective ground more can stimulate the efforts advantage mode of moral education,thus to improve the youth moral education effect,promote the construction of juvenile moral education pattern in our country have practical reference and reference.This paper will be divided into four chapters:chapter one introduction,explains the topic research background,significance,current situation and research ideas and methods;The second chapter puts forward and analyzes problems,mainly expounds the teenagers moral development present situation in our country,summarizes the three school,family and social moral education the main body in moral education,and on the basis of the analysis of the government responsibility to reasons;The third chapter to solve the problem of relying on,Taiwan,Singapore,the moral education mode is expounded and its characteristic,comparative analysis of the Taiwan area and Singapore youth moral education administration in the work of the current situation and successful practice experience worthy of learning;Fourth chapter to solve problems,mainly elaborates how the government should fully applied in the juvenile moral education have the administrative functions and powers of advantage to undertake the responsibility of what needs to be done,exert its dominance in the moral education work,leading to build schools,families,and society form a resultant force more effective model of moral education.
