Plenary session of the17th Central Committee passed the decision of the central committee of CPC to strengthen and improve the party’s construction in the new situation on major issues, the great concept and major task of improve the scientific level of the construction of the Party is put forward. To improve the scientific level of the construction of the Party, it’s necessary to improve the Party’s ideological and theoretical building scientific level.
