Since The 16th National Congress Of The Party’s Women’s Employment Theory And Practice Research

With the reform and opening-up deeper and deeper and the important stage’s coming of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the theoretical and political problems of women’s employment and the opportunity and challenge of women’s employment practices are becoming the hot research subject in academia.But so far,most of the research focus on policy status analysis and specific problem resolution,there are less studies on the bases of theoretical study,comprehensive research and the combination of theories and practices.Because of such background,Starting with theory research,this paper attempts to combine the theories and practices with the purpose of having a comprehensive grasp of women’s employment theory and policy and practical effect since the 16 th national congress of the party’s policy,and expecting to gain some new understanding and experience.This paper argues that with Hu Jintao as general secretary of the central collective leadership carried forward the former thought;put forward and stick to promote women’s employment development based on people-oriented fundamental idea;stick to comprehensive,coordinated prospective and integrated approach to prompt women’s employment development;stick to basic state policy of equal gender and prompt harmonious development between men and women.With Xi Jinping as general secretary of the new central collective leadership specially emphasizes that every woman has a chance of having brilliant life and realizing dream;our country sticks to basic state policy of equal gender;our country safeguards the rights and interests of women and minors;our country protects the equal employment rights of workers;our country establishes the service system of left-behind children,women and old people in rural area and promises that people’s living standard and quality will have a general improvement and those rural poor below current standard will shake off poverty by 2020 in the process of putting forward strategy principle,ideal future and country goal of Chinese Dream,promoting strategic layout of four-comprehensive coordination and planning to build a comprehensive moderately prosperous society.The followings are special emphasised on the meeting,which are adhering to the basic state policy of equality between men and women,effectively protect the rights and interests of women and minors,maintain the equal employment rights;let every woman have the opportunity to realize her life ideal and have a wonderful life.Poverty alleviation precise and accurate out of poverty,comprehensive built well-off society cannot fall anyone behind.At the same time,a solemn commitment was made to the world that to promote the overall development of women and let them share a better world.This paper argues that new developments of the party’s theory of women’s employment has enriched Marxism view of women.Guided by this theory,the party continuously improves policies,guidelines,laws and regulations of women’s employment and gains significant achievements of women’s employment.Meanwhile,in the face of new situation and task,women’s employment of our country has severe challenges,so it is necessary for us to keep fighting in the field of perfecting implementing mechanism of laws,regulations,policies and measures,we should be to create a good cultural atmosphere of education and promote women’s participation in society and so on.
