In The Period Of Socialist Transformation Political Mobilization Analysis

The political mobilization of the Communist Party is an important way of leading, means of governance and political advantage. The Party successfully carrying the political mobilization during the socialist transformation to produce a powerful driving force to the transformation and upgrading of China society, to reshape the social ideology, to promote the socialist industrialization and rapid development, to help establish the socialist system, in order to lay the foundation of development and progress and fundamental political prerequisite in China. So this paper mainly studying on problems of political mobilization during socialist transformation and discussing the formation, development and effect of political mobilization, and revealing the basic operation mode, operating mechanism and characteristics of political development in a transition period in China. At the same time, for the communist party of China in the new historical transition period scientific ruling, in accordance with the law, democratic ruling and ruling political mobilization within the framework of institutionalization, under the rule of law and the procedural to provide some reference to play a greater effectiveness.This article uses the method of literature research in the process of research, the combination of theory and implementation of research method, system research method, historical research method, research method and political aims to study the contemporary problem of political mobilization in China’s social transformation and upgrading. First, systematically explore the background, goals and reasons of political mobilization of socialist transformation. What’s the most important is the domestic background and international background is the polarization phenomenon after the land reform in rural areas, the contradictions between the working class and the bourgeoisie after the’five evils’, the Korean War and the SinoSoviet Alliance. What’s more, the goals of political mobilization are to realize socialist industrialization and establish the socialist system. At the last, the main reasons of political mobilization are major change of the national development strategy, to overcome the shortage of resources in the system and to reshape the social ideology. Second, focus on the analysis of the Party, the main body of political mobilization. First of all, discuss three guiding theories of the party namely Marx’s political mobilization theory, two steps of Chinese revolution theory and socialist transformation theory. Secondly, analyzing power resources of the party including the power highly lateral unified in the party organization, the power highly longitudinal unified in the central committee of Party and the vertical height of the leader Mao Zedong. At last, analyze the organizational strength of the Party from three levels, the number of party members and cadres, the high efficient execution of party members and cadres, the complete network of party members and cadres. Third, focus on analyzing the objects of political mobilization namely the farmer, handicraft industry and the capitalist industry and commerce. The first point is analyzing the balance of power between the objects class that the poor peasants’ stratum and the middle class, the working class and the national bourgeoisie class. The second point is analyzing the change of autonomy and independence of the object in three aspects, which are the production and life are gradually brought into the track of planned economy, the class represents’ interests gradually disappeared and social mobility gradually weakened. The last point is analyzing the two-way aspect to social psychological behavior of the object that the performance and change of advocacy and conflict of the social psychological behavior. Fourth, deeply analyze the operation process of the political mobilization in the process of socialist transformation. In the first place, analyze the means of implementation, namely the thought unification of the Party inside and outside, incentive and guide in economic interests and the publicity and education of ideological and political. In the second place, analyze the use of strategy namely progressive strategy, the typical demonstration strategy and competitive strategy. One more, analyze the realization way namely legal way, organizational way, ideology critical way and class mobilization way. Fifth, sum up the experiences and lessons and contemporary inspiration of political mobilization during the socialist transformation.
