The Study On "Modernization Of Marxism" In Contemporary China

The proposition of "Modernization of Marxism" in Contemporary China was firstly proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of 17th CPC Central Committee. Deeply advancing the"Modernization of Marxism"in Contemporary China,keeping pace with the Times to creatively develop the theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which are helpful to further reveal the world significance of sinicization of Marxism.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies, developing a comprehensive system of research of the related issues about modernization of Marxism can enhance the self-consciousness, firmness and scientific of modernization of Marxism, which has no doubt to promote the modernization of Marxism.This paper is guided by standpoint, viewpoint and methods of Marxism whose background is Socialist movement, which is according to historical investigation and on the root of ideological and theoretical analysis. It combines historical investigation and logical analysis, vertical and lateral comparison as well as interdisciplinary research for doing this overall depth study on modernization of Marxism. First of all, to define the scientific connotation of "era","times","modernization" and other relevant concepts,accurately judging the era properties in modern times lay theoretical premise for the research; second, fully discussion on the inevitability and necessity of modernization of Marxism,deeply understanding of the theoretical value and practical significance of the fulfillment of modernization,scientific summary of the historical process and lessons about modernization of Marxism which provide a theoretical basis for realizing the modernization;what’s more, deeply analyze the problems and reasons in modernization of Marxism in contemporary China;finally, put forward the concrete path of the modernization of Marxism systematically.The first chapter, the paper analyzes the problem of era and the modernization of Marxism.The author thinks that time is high-level overview about the social structure, social forms and social development trend, which is based on a certain social production in the process of development of human society, also is a historic category about a certain historical stage that reflects in the development of human society. It includes the era properties, era theme and era features.Today, the judgment from the Marxism about era properties keeps running, we are still in the "Great Time" that caused by the transition from capitalism to socialism, which opened by the Russian Socialist Revolution in October. Of course, the era theme and era properties in "Big Time" have changed, that is the "Small Time"of the "Big Time" has changed;"Era" of Modernization of Marxism, is refers to the different "Small Time" in the "Big Time".The change of the "Small Time" decided the Marxist timely, and the "Big Time" doesn’t change determines the Marxism can be Modernized.The second chapter, the paper discusses the inevitability and necessity of. Marxism as a fundamental guiding ideology,to China’s reform and opening up and modernization construction also must adapt to the basic requirements; Finally, both the struggle history of the communist party of China and the history of Marxism, have repeatedly profoundly that whether Marxism can keep up with The Times and realize modernization, is directly related to the rise and fall of the communist party of China and the fate of Marxism.The third chapter,it includes the theory value and practical significance of Marxism.As the product of The Times, Marxism has its inevitable times.Therefore, advancing modernization is conducive for Marxism to further maintain the reality.
