Higher Education Internationalization has been climbed to a climax by the sequence of the tide of economic globalization since 1980s. Large scales of students are pursuing further study abroad. Different levels of international educational institutions are organized to provide education across nations. It is more and more popular to see international academic cooperation and exchanges, teaching and research visiting between countries.Although it is been developed very fast in the practice of international cooperation education, the theory lags very far behind. Therefore, it lacks theoretical guidance to the practice in international cooperation education. That deficiency leads to unclear-guidance in the practice of international cooperation education. There is now a big mixture of international cooperation education schools, varying from very different levels. This dissertation will strengthen the conclusion from the theory to guide the development of international cooperation in running schools by the practice of international cooperation education.This dissertation summarizes researches of domestic and international higher education international cooperation and puts forward the concept of international cooperation education. It analyzes the essence and characteristics of higher education for international cooperation. This dissertation discusses the theoretical basis of mode innovation of higher education for international cooperation from the research on higher international cooperation education model with theories of educational economics and higher education industrial market-oriented strategic management. Based on the globalization and internationalization of education, it makes comparisons among countries which have already explored higher degree in internationalization in higher education for international cooperation. It then analyzes the innovation of international education cooperative model from exchange, teaching, finance and management. It proposes innovation ideas on higher education for international cooperation model by exploring international education cooperation model under the guidance of ideological and cultural return policy between cooperative subjects.This dissertation focuses on the innovative analysis on the international education cooperative model from exchange, teaching, finance and management. It constructs a concept model of higher education cooperative model on international cooperation education teaching model innovation, exchange model innovation, management model innovation and finance model innovation on the basis of current international cooperation education units in China, combined with quantitative analysis to verify the hypothesis.Finally, the thesis makes suggestions on China’s international cooperative education model innovation from the views of choosing correct object and content, choosing reasonable cooperation methods, strengthening international cooperative education internal management, improving international cooperative education teaching quality and creating international cooperative education operating system on the basis of validation analysis.
