| With the development of internationalization in countries around the world,international cooperation in higher education has become an inevitable trend in the development of higher education internationalization.In 2013,my country’s “One Belt One Road” initiative provided new development opportunities for the internationalization of higher education in China and Russia,and ushered in a new pattern in the opening up of higher education in China and Russia.China and Russia provide high-quality educational resources for both sides through international cooperation in higher education,and Liaoning Province is one of the provinces with geographical advantages in cooperation with Russia.It is of certain significance to study the international cooperation between Liaoning Province and Russia in higher education.This article uses literature research method,comparative research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the international cooperation in higher education between China and Russia,especially the key research on the cooperation between Liaoning Province and Russian universities.By studying the current situation of the cooperation between Liaoning Province and Russian universities in the three dimensions of talent training,teacher team building,and scientific research,the study found that there are fewer student exchanges,uneven distribution of student exchanges,and language barriers in terms of talent training cooperation.The level of cooperation in running schools is low,the number is small,the lack of cooperation in running schools abroad,the promotion of Chinese as a foreign language and cultural communication need to be strengthened.In terms of teacher international exchanges,the number of introduced Russian experts and teachers is small,the number of teachers going abroad for exchanges is small,the distribution of subjects selected by teachers abroad is not balanced,and the number of joint development courses for teachers is small.In scientific research cooperation,there are problems such as insufficient construction of the scientific research guarantee system,lack of influential cooperation platforms,few scientific research cooperation projects,lack of independent innovation in the construction of scientific research teams,and low scientific research awareness and enthusiasm of teachers.In response to the above problems,the author proposes optimized countermeasures for the cooperation between Liaoning Province and Russian universities as follows: First,it is necessary to strengthen student exchanges in personnel training,increase the attractiveness of Russian students to study in China,and break the choice of foreign students to focus on literature.Discipline distribution is more reasonable,increase the number of Russian courses offered in primary and secondary schools,improve students’ basic Russian skills,improve the level of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools in Liaoning Province,increase the number of schools,connect with the “Belt and Road” initiative,actively develop overseas schools with Russia,and give full play to Confucius Institutes the leading role of the Chinese language,strengthening the promotion of Chinese as a foreign language and cultural dissemination,and other countermeasures and suggestions.Secondly,in terms of the construction of the teaching staff,strengthen the work of introducing talents in Liaoning Province,increase the intensity of national public teachers to study abroad,encourage multi-disciplinary teachers to study abroad,increase teachers’ joint development courses,and strengthen the construction of international courses.Finally,the scientific research cooperation between Liaoning Province and Russian universities needs to strengthen the construction of scientific research guarantee system,establish high-level international joint laboratories or research centers,strengthen scientific research innovation,and improve teachers’ scientific research awareness and enthusiasm.Cooperation.Provide a certain reference and reference for further strengthening the international cooperation of higher education between China and Russia in the future. |
